Iāve never written a review before. I thought about if I wanted to write it or not because this used to be my favorite location. I come to this location all the time and I usually always get good service. Because of this experience with this employee , Iāll be taking my business to I-45 near spring high school. Bony white chick named Zen needs an attitude adjustment! I came on Friday around 12:30 and I usually get a cookie chai with 2extra shots. So I wanted to venture out and try a Tea! I asked Zen āhowās the tea here? Which one do you prefer?ā She gave me a dirty look and said āI dont drink the tea here so idk.ā I proceeded to ask her if you can add actual rebel into the tea instead of the rebel shots. She goes āummmm yeah?ā In a rude tone. So I asked for a tropical sweet tea with 3 rebel shots. She said āso no rebel? Just the shotsā in an annoyed tone. I replied āyes Iām so sorry! I just want to try out the rebel shots to see how it tastes.ā She rolled her eyes and then asked if I had my app. Then she proceeded to shove the iPad in my face for a tip. I usually get told āItās going to ask a questionā by the other baristas before leaving a tip. Not having the iPad shoved so close to my face without warning. I also usually leave a $4 tip but I felt so uncomfortable that I didnāt tip. I asked her name and she told me āZen , why?ā I just said no reason and still even thanked her for my drink after her being so rude. She goes āOF COURSEā in a high pitched sarcastic tone. I immediately drove away and I cried a bit. I was already having a bad day and I specifically came to Dutch because I always feel better after ordering my drink. But Zen made my day a bit worse in that moment. She doesnāt need to be working there having an attitude like that. Imagine how many other customers sheās spoken to that way. Very poor customer service skills. I will be taking my business to I-45 now. If I do come back , I will request for her to NOT take my order and I will be tipping everyone individually cash...
Ā Ā Ā Read morewent to this location today and everyone was so rude and cranky. maybe they were out too late on halloween or something, but thatās not a reason to be rude to your customers. they had 1 of the 3 lanes closed down so only 2 were open .. 1 of the lanes was completely full so i went in the other 1. when it was time to merge into 1 lane, a large truck couldnāt pass without hitting the curb so he waved me on to go in front of him. then, an employee came to window asking if the drink she had was mine and i told her no that i just got here and she said āso you cut 4 people in the lineā and just walked away. then, when i got to the window i guess she had told everyone that i āskippedā so everyone there was rude too. the lady that took my order just looked at me without asking what i wanted and then couldnāt hear my girlfriend so she shouted āWHAT?!ā instead of asking politely for her to say it again.
overall, very bad experience with dutch today. iāll be going to 7brew from now on where no one yells at us or gets mad for customer going in the shortest lane like we are told to do. if you donāt want to deal with customers āskippingā donāt have 3 lanes. itās...
Read moreI have been going to Dutch Bros for about a decade now beginning when I was stationed in the PNW. I understand that this is a new market for franchises and that it takes time to train up staff. However, I can say that over the last 2 years of going to this location and the one on Gosling, both have very similar issues. The staff is always nice, but I cannot even begin to count the number of orders I have received that were completely wrong; iced instead of hot or the other way around, mocha instead of hot chocolate for my kid, milk in a dairy free order, or just not the size I paid for. Coffee is expensive, I tip on top of that, that tip is to make sure when I get to the window what I asked for on the tablet is what I get in my hand. Maybe the music is at a level that makes it hard to hear the order, maybe they get busy and make a mistake. Forgive a mistake but call out a behavior and I am out of patience. I used to go every morning out of my way to get my thermos filled before heading to base, my wife has a 6ft² poster covered in yalls stickers. But I can't keep coming here if when I leave it is with the...
