Placed an order for the Baytown Tx location⌠and for some reason the app redirected it to spring Tx.. no big deal.. just cancel the order right? Well after calling the spring stuebner location multiple time and getting hung up on.. finally get an answer with ââhello?â Like you expecting a personal call man? Is this Charleyâs?? Can I speak to a manager?? First of all idk why if you donât like your job you even work there.. less than helping âmanagerâ with the customer service training of a doorknob and the attitude to boot days well I can try to call the manager and see if theyâll refund you.. but I know he wonât.. and I donât know what you can do.. sorry canât help you⌠ya know.. not even the money at this point.. Once my husband got home We realized the fries were missing for each combo, & my drink was incorrect my husband asked the employee before leaving if that was everything, employee responded yes... We called 10 minutes before closing to see if they would accommodate us and make things right. There was no answer so my husband drove to the restaurant as I was calling, and upon arriving the employee ran to his car and told us we have to come back tomorrow. The food does not have any flavor. The employee who prepped our Food is J Norman based off what was provided on the receipt. We will never eat at a Charlie cheesesteak Establishment again!! We gave him the order and he then asks again what we ordered . We then again re stated our order , he says he got it . Yet we were still waiting for another 10 minutes and the car in front of us still hadnât received their food . And they had been there well over another 10 min. Finally we decided to leave since the service already seemed delayed and careless from the beginning considering there was only one other car there apart from us and it being so slow.
