I have been trying to get a refund on an order I accidentally placed on 8/3/24 I called within seconds that the order was placed to cancel since it was the wrong location the lady on the phone stated she had canceled it and would give me a refund. A whole week passed so I called to let them know I have yet to receive it, anyways to make the story short I have been calling about 10+ times to get this taken care of in a span of a month it is now 9/12. I have talked to several employees that said they would pass the message I even called back at a later time when one of the employee said he was really busy and if I could call back later, eventually I finally got in contact with the manager several weeks later and told he had fixed it . Initially, my order was incorrect, but the manager, Stephan, and his staff quickly turned the situation around. Stephan exemplified exceptional leadership and customer service, ensuring my order was corrected promptly and to my satisfaction.
The staff was friendly, attentive, and dedicated to providing a positive experience. Stephan’s ability to manage and inspire his team was evident throughout my visit. His professionalism and genuine concern for customer satisfaction are commendable.

The lady who started taking my order suddenly walked away to answer her phone, which she held and talked on while preparing an order, touching fruits with her bare hands.
