Store Manager refused to give me a receipt after requesting it several times. I initially refused the receipt because I thought my points were going to be recorded because she scanned my app bar code. She did NOT inform me that my points did not add to my account when she rang my transaction with my card. After I reviewed my account after the sale, I didn't see my points so I asked her about it. She said, "Oh, they didn't add to your account because of an error with the app and your card in file but you can just do it next time you make a purchase. " I told her to just give me the receipt because I wanted my points for a 14 dollar purchase. She tells me she can't help me because she can't reprint a receipt or help me get my points. She also refused to give me the contact number to the district manager or the customer service number even after I got out and came in. I asked her why didn't she tell me my transaction didn't get added to my account before throwing the receipt in the trash. She did not have an answer. I asked her to retrieve the receipt again and she said she couldn't because it's somewhere in the trash and she didn't know which trash but I was the last customer in line at the drive thru, she took my order and threw it away, and there were no other customers in the store at the moment. Read moreOrdered about 7pm. Pulled up to the drive through menu and they were sighing in the mic. Ordered my first drink and before I could even take a breath I was asked what size I wanted. I see on the menu it say 29, 32, and 40oz so I say, a 32 oz please. And they go “so a medium”. I order my second drink and I proceed. I wanted to ask her sooo bad what was making her so salty, but I needed to get where I needed to go. The lady had a customer service voice on the whole time if you know what I mean, but she was so passive aggressive and then I come home and I’m getting chunk after chunk of mango in my mango fest. I’m like okay cuz it’s made with real fruit, but as I get to the bottom I realize it’s just mainly large rock sized chunks of ice.
Edit: as I’m looking through other reviews, I find one from 7 months ago talking of a white lady with blonde hair. With their replies, they obviously see that this lady is causing issues. I don’t know what she has going on, but when I come to BUY a smoothie to treat myself and whoever else I have rolling with me, I shouldn’t be met with so much negativity. She closed the drive through window on me while I was looking for my Smoothie King app. I gently tapped the window after waiting for 2 minutes to be helped which probably irritated her. She then comes back to the window (with a passive aggressive and sarcastic unprofessional attitude) asked if I was doing alright and instructions to never tap the drive through window ever again. I deal with customer service daily and that wasn't the approach to have towards a long time valued customer. Is this the type of service trained to represent the location? Bad news travels fast especially regarding blatant poor customer service. There are many other Smoothie Kings in the surrounding areas to support if this is this bad energy coming from employees at this location towards good regular customers...
