We've been wanting to try Suxico out for a while after hearing other reviews. Walking in the restaurant is welcoming from the people to the atmosphere. We were seated right away, it was a bit loud but most places are so that didn't bother us. Josefina was our waitress and she did a great job, on top of everything and there when you needed her.

For appetizers we started with Pork Gyoza pan-fried and Rib-eye Beef Rolls. Both were a different taste than I've had in the past, not bad but unique. I will say the rib-eye rolls did have a bit too much avocado for me, making it a little more creamy of a mouth feel.

After that we went on to Nigiri. My wife judges sushi by how well they do Tamago and these did not disappoint. We also had Freshwater Eel, Yellowtail, and Tuna. All were fresh and a good size.

Now for the rolls, Spider Handrolls were very well made. And the rest, first let me say I love spicy but my wife still can't handle it as well. All the rolls had a different taste than either of us are use to, definitely not a bad thing. I thought there was a fusion kind of taste to them Asian/Latin mix and with that most had a little heat to them which was delicious. The rolls we had were, Lickety, Suxico, Jason, and a Crunch (Wife ordered for no heat). All were very tasty, first to last for me would be Suxico, Jason, Lickety, Crunch.

At the end we decided for one more piece of Nigiri and chose the Stripe Bass since we've never had it and just like the others very tasty and might be adding that to our usual order.

Definitely would recommend and...

Absolutely stellar experience at Suxico Sushi Bar in Spring, TX! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant and inviting. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Now, let's talk about the food. Wow! The sushi was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. Each roll was a masterpiece, with unique flavor combinations that truly delighted our taste buds. We tried the Jason Roll, Ceviche Roll, and the Fajita Roll, and were blown away. The fish was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and the rice was perfectly seasoned. Don’t forget the the Crème Brûlée! Absolutely the best! The bar also deserves a shoutout. Their drink menu was extensive, and the cocktails were expertly crafted. We enjoyed the Cigalo, Margaritas, and Ranch Water. And we definitely can’t leave out the Apple Saki Bombs! Overall, Suxico Sushi Bar exceeded our expectations. The combination of excellent food, fantastic service, and a lively ambiance makes it a must-visit for any sushi lover in the Spring area. We will definitely be back! Five stars...

This was our first visit and it did not disappoint. I'm always a bit skeptical with brand new places and this one being 2 weeks in, I honestly wasn't sure what to expect, but I was very impressed. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Enrique who sat us and gave us some good recommendations. Then our server (I'm sorry i didn't grab her name) was very nice, friendly and pretty attentive. And I loved that the owner Jorge came by our table several times to check on everything and ensure we were doing good and asking for feedback. The menu was interesting, as it was very creative and there was a variety of food to choose from. It's a mix of Japanese and Mexican which I've never tried but it all came out really great.

The ambience was also very nice, music may have been a tad loud for my liking but the rest of the experience was good that it wasn't a big deal. We came out to celebrate our anniversary and were very happy to leave with a great experience. This is a place we will be coming back to and highly...

We recently dined at Suxico Sushi, and it was an absolute delight! This gem offers a fantastic blend of traditional Japanese sushi and creative fusion rolls with a hint of Mexican flair. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for both a casual lunch or a fun date night. The menu is a highlight, featuring fresh nigiri, sashimi, and special rolls like the Bonfire and Suxico Roll, which pack bold flavors and playful presentations. The sushi rolls were a standout, with the perfect balance of textures and flavors. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who made the experience even better. Prices are reasonable for the quality. If you’re in The Woodlands or Spring area, Suxico Sushi is a must-visit for sushi lovers. Highly recommended for their fresh ingredients, creative menu, and welcoming vibe! I got the last bite of the creme brulee!

One of my best experiences of the past few months of dining out. The vibe is great with nice ambiance and upbeat music playing making it more upscale lounge feeling. The service provided by our waitress Liz was great. She was attentive, friendly and gave recommendations. Everything we had tasted great but the first dish was truly amazing. The lobster crab puffz appetizers had a great flavor and the jalapeno dip added to the dish. The sashimi appetizer also hit the spot with unique flavor toppings. You can't go wrong with their way hot rock as well as the ceviche roll. Liz's recommendation to get the creme brulee was a good one as it was amazing. Can't wait to go back and explore more of the menu. After dinner we moved to the bar and Enrique was awesome providing great drinks, shots and conversation. The vibe here is awesome even just for drinks.
