Casey's — Restaurant in Springdale

Just had one of the rudest experiences that I've ever had in a gas station. I was at this Casey's location on sunset Ave in Springdale AR around 8:15 a.m. today and There seems to be an issue with the payment terminal. My transaction was approved on my end but on the employee's (Joey) it said that there was an issue. According to my bank statement $45 was taken from my account. Joey then asked me to reinsert my card and another $18 was removed and he kept telling me that my card was getting declined when in actuality it was taking money off my card. Joey voided out the $18 transaction which immediately went on my card and then refused to avoid out the $45 transaction stating that there was nothing else for him to void and when I insisted, even showing him my transaction history that it came out of my account, he then got irate started raising his voice and told me that if I knew how to do his job better than him then I should go ahead and do it as he spun the monitor around. I've never been so disrespected by an employee and I was nothing but nice to this man. I asked if there was someone else that could help me he claimed that he was the manager and nobody else was there. I told him that I saw other people working and he said that he's the manager and they're just employees and they can't help me. I ended up getting my gas in the end but I'm still out $45 . My bank says that the transaction is "incomplete" So I'm sure if they run an audit on that register you'll be able to see where my transaction is still sitting in limbo but Joey didn't care enough and was so adamant on being right that he was no help at all. I'm still fuming from the worst customer service that I've ever had. I've been to different Casey's locations plenty of times with no issues but this "manager" needs to be...

This is by far the worst Casey's I've ever been to! I will now go out of my way to avoid it. Bathrooms are always filthy and not stocked. Pumps never have paper to produce a receipt. Coffee machines always blinking a warning code indicating they need cleaning. Each and every staff member is either completely inattentive or incompetent, or sometimes both. Always rude and impersonal... Just wanting to get you out of their face so they can go back to conversing with coworkers or staring at their phones. Whoever runs this place ought to be ashamed! What a waste of a nice, new facility to fill it with people who don't care, have no work ethic, and almost non-existent interpersonal skills. Special shout outs to the girl who works there during the day shift during the week (brunette with glasses), and the recently hired very old and confused man; these two are the worst of the lot. I don't normally take the time to write negative reviews, but this place is a disgrace to...

Low energy rude dude behind the counter was to much. So yeah...I dropped my donut...I was about to pick up another to buy along with coffee and snacks for the kids...but the guy behind the counter said I'd have to pay for the dropped donut.

I was so mad...they can write it off, is minimal loss to them when I'm about to spend more money. But this low energy, minimal effort guy behind the counter ruined it.

I asked if they can just write it off...but he gave me the choice to leave without a donut...his words were "would you rather leave without your donut?"

I was going to buy a sinus, coffee and snacks for the kids...but the guys chooses and the way he came across...screw that guy and screw...
