I've been to a dunkin location 3 times in my life....and this is why... they seem to not have any employees that can answer a simple question, or hold any knowledge of their actual products. 1st time was simple...some coffee and a donut...2nd time I want to try a new drink and they said the information was on the menu...so I ordered what I could find the info on the menu...not what I had originally came into the store for....3rd time and final time was I want a dozen of glazed donuts with chocolate on top.... they take my money via drive thru window, I wait about 10 minutes and then get my dozen donuts...I always open my boxes to make sure...there were six chocolate donuts with some white icing on top with lots of hard candy sprinkles in Christmas colors and 6 glazed with chocolate on top. It also had a lot of hard candy sprinkles with Christmas theme.... I didnt order that and asked for my correct order....she took the box and came back with another box that was different...however still not my order....it was nothing remotely like my order....so a 3rd attempt....the 3rd attempt was the same box she had originally handed me... I said ma'am this isnt what I ordered.....she said then we dont have anything to give you other than that box for your order... I asked for a manager to get my money back and was kind the entire time......

The drive thru speaker is in poor working order and has been for as long as I can remember. The poor sound quality frequently leads to frustration and orders that need to be clarified at the window in case they have been misheard. Frequently product is not available which can lead to a frustrating ordering experience. On September 26th I opted to order inside to avoid the hassle of asking which donuts were available, better to see with my own eyes. A sign at the counter stated that the counter was momentarily closed. I decided to do some grocery shopping while I waited for them to open at the counter. After an hour I returned and still no service was available. I said excuse me to a worker with a headset and I was rudely told we're only serving in the drive thru. Frustrated I left and saw that the drive thru line was backed up, note there were not very busy when I first went in. Needless to say I left. I don't have time to be disrespected. This location does not value their customers and will only serve you if they don't have to be inconvenienced by having a counter register open. If you insist on Dunkin you'd better be willing to drive to the Bentonville location to get...

First they told me that I could not place my order because they only had so many cooked to last them through the day. After I asked for clarification, “ So you are a business and you are telling me that I can not buy what I am asking for because you want to save the rest for other customers that may come and because it will take too long for you to make more?” Then she changed it up and said okay. So I decided to come in to make sure nothing would be done to the order. I walked in the only customer there and I had to make the people say good morning to me. While I waited I planned to order a hot chocolate. So I stood at the register as one would when placing an order. Two cashiers went on never acknowledging my presence. So after about five minutes I said I would like to place an order please if you don’t mind.Your morning crew have no personality and in a business the people and the atmosphere are more important than the food or product itself. Two more customers came in the non hectic place and they were not greeted or acknowledged when they entered either....
