Ordered online for pickup. Grabbed my order off the shelf... location was not busy when I did and multiple workers were just standing around. I waved and said thanks, got no reply, then started to leave with my food. As I started to walk out I realized the bag I was carrying seemed way too empty to house all the food I ordered. I checked it before exiting and found multiple items were missing. I went back to the counter and started going through it, and one worker flatly said to the back "better come out we are going to have an issue". The manager on duty came out and asked what my issue was and I said it looks like I am missing a bunch of stuff. She asked what and I started going through what was there. "It looks like you gave me the guac and salsa sides, but no chips for either and no queso/chips". She replied "oh there aren't any chips in this whole place... we are out of those". I then said "then why include the stuff to dip them in and why didn't anybody say anything or note it on the bag before I left?". No answer. I then look and find no sides for my quesadilla. She says "oh we were out of the vinegrette too". I reply "well what about the rice and beans?". No answer. I state "look you only gave me half an order and cant explain if some of this stuff you didn't give me even made it onto the burrito and or bowl... I want a refund please." She then says well you have to go online and complain and they'll probably refund you and give you free coupons too.
Unreal. Oh and I found out later that this is untrue. They won't refund you online- they'll just give you coupons. I had to call to get the coupons removed so that the customer service line could do a refund.
And they actually just put my sides into my quesadilla. Which was weird and not tasty at all.
If you are out of food, don't just stick the bag on the takeoff shelf like its all there. Either tell the person picking up or at least note it on the bag. I was angry... but I would have been fuming if I made it all the way home to find that.
Avoid this location at all costs. It is run poorly and not...
Read moreSo! This kinda made me laugh but also pissed me tf off. I walk in and immediately see a group of employees on the cutting table with maybe seven dollar bills, I’m gonna assume they are in the process of splitting tips. My bowl gets started by this lovely woman; she’s the only person on the line, working hard. There’s someone in front of me waiting on toppings, but again, SHES the only one on the line. Where’s everyone else? Splitting tips in the back. So two of us are waiting on toppings now and I’m sure someone else is walking in. Then the woman helping us decides to halt the process, and goes back to the cutting table and joins the rest of the crew in splitting the tips, and are CLEARLY having some sort of disagreement over this $7. And we are just watching in disbelief. And watching for a WHILE. It gets to the point where the gentleman in the back of the kitchen, couldn’t see what he was doing, looks at them, and points at us. They disperse. The woman comes back to the line, along with another lady. The lady starts checking us out. I’m asked if I’d like anything else, I reply chips, scan my rewards… a guy comes up to the lady with about $3 in his hand, I’m like OMG, lmao. They get deep into conversation. The receipt is printed, and she’s goes to hand it to me, but if she was looking at me and not paying attention to him and this $3, she’d know she can just throw it in the bag. I look in my bag, no chips. They still talking. I’m disrupting their conversation, when I tell her so. She picks up the chip bag, slowly, and is holding it up, but I can’t reach it. The chat she is having is more important. She forgot where she was. She’s in another dimension. Forgot what she was supposed to be doing. Over this $3. I have to yell, “WHAT IS GOING ON?!” Snapping her back to reality, her arm extends fully and I receive my chips. The forks were stocked, napkins were stocked. Food was fresh & fine. But having customers wait and watch that go down in 3D, 4K, Dolby Digital Audio was so...
Read moreWe had ordered a takeout and on my fifth or sixth bite i realized the food in my mouth had metal blade pieces in my mouth from the food in my mouth as i felt something sharp and hard in my mouth so i spat it out and found the two pieces of blades and a little bit of blood taste in my mouth…luckily my cousin and wife had not consumed that much food. so we went back to chipotle and gave them all the food back(three burritos bowls and one cheese quesadilla as we didn't want to take any chances with any of it) and asked for a refund only for the cost of food and we also told them we don't want any replacements either …the staff on duty initially said they will refund it but after calling the manager over the phone the chipotle staff said that its not their blade we found in there and that they will only refund the one bowl with blade and not the others needless to say very bad service we would not put blades in food ourselves and so we just decided to file a credit card dispute ….we went back also because we were trying to not have someone else swallow the blades not because we were trying to score a free meal or cause any issues for anyone else. The quesadilla was for my five year old and that could have gone wrong in many ways. Plus most of the food in there was not consumed by us to begin with which I'm very thankful for as no one wants to swallow sharp metals that can...
