I don't like leaving a negative review, but felt this one was needed. We have eaten here several times since it is close to our office and we wanted something healthy. It seems like every time we go, the customer service and the quality of food keeps getting worse. There's no joy among the employees.
The last time we went, as we were walking in, there was an employee bringing out meatballs because they were out in the front and the manager snapped at him and told him to put the meatballs back and tell people they were out. Not sure why he couldn't refill the meatballs.
We noticed the employees were not wearing gloves. Our son works at a very well known restaurant and knows the protocol when preparing and serving food and customer service. He did notice Noodles and Company employees at this location was lacking in several areas. They acted like they did not want to be there working. Thete was no smiles. They were slow in taking our order and serving it. There were no spoons where the silverware was. We had to ask for spoons. Cleanilness was just ok. Our friend ordered and paid for double meat on his salad and didn't get it. None of our food tasted good. All four of us felt sick the rest of the night after we ate.

Read moreBeing my first time visiting I didn't have much to compare. The environment is clean, and well cared for. The menu is easily readable and they seem to provide a large selection. My review is based solely upon the dish I received so I don't want to discredit other options. I ordered the teriyaki chicken and noodles, I'm told it was a fan favorite. I found the food to be tasty yet the noodles had a rubbery texture which became awfully sticky and extremely heavy on the stomach. There too existed some type of ingredient that threw off that delicious appeal. The food appeared fresh yet failed to meet my expectations. For the price I was expecting more.
The location appears to have a large following. During my dine in experience it was slow. I noticed several tables that needed cleaned and was disheartened to watch an associate walk right past. In my opinion there is a lot of growth potential here. I didn't meet the manager nor do i recall seeing them... so I don't want this review to discredit their work. My observations are solely based upon my visit and experience... which unfortunately didn't provide that...
Read moreI placed my order (#853872072) @ 10:56AM arrived at 11:13AM and was told my order was not in the system. The gentleman working behind the front count after showing him my online receipt he walked away. I stood there thinking he was going to take care of expediting it, he then grabbed a spatula from one of the worked in the back and walked away again, he then pointing the spatula at me from the back said something again about my order not in the system, at that point I said cancel my order. What really seems odd was my CC was refunded before I could turn and walk out of the building. The most disturbing part of the entire interaction was I was being talked to as though this was somehow my fault. This was my first and most likely last experience with Noodles & Co.
Amendment….Noodle and Co. Guest relation dept (Molly) reached out to me to offer a gift card, which I did accept. I will not be using at this location as I feel the customer service break down is not a one off problem at...
