Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Springettsbury Township

Worst experience you can imagine. First of all the group there tonight think of their job as a hangout instead of a place of work. They barely had food prepared. Even the manager is childish and starting the jokes, horseplay and encourages being loud + very disruptive. You can hear them all joking around and they are so loud you can hear them above the croud and from far away into the store. Most unprofessional group I have ever experienced. Its like a bad joke of a place to eat! Moreto state but meets leave it at that...Overheard a guy state the pretzels were smaller than normal and he was right! They are like 2/3 to 1/2 the normal size. I won't be going...

Just had the worst experience ever. I sent my associate to the store #1529 located in the Walmart on E Market st she brought me to pretzel dogs totalling $9.73 when I called over to inform them that my hotdogs where dougie and bot cooked instead of her apologizing he hung up the phone on me. So I walked over there and ask to speak to a manager when told that she was indeed the manager I told her to never hang up the phone on me again. If Auntie Ann's continue to hv employees like that no one will ever want to shop...

Went here before we started our Black Friday shopping. I gave 1 star because multiple reasons the young guy working was scratching his nose and face whole touching the food. It’s a bunch of kids running this place. Very immature and no customer service skills whatsoever. I was told 7-10 minutes wait and others were serviced before me. I asked for My money back the young girl was extremely rude. I will be calling Monday morning to speak to the manager Damian! Do better...
