the service and mentality is just not customer friendly. They get super cheap on things. Like always forgetting to put a 2nd piece of corn in when there is 2 seafood items. $40 meal and your gonna be cheap on a 2nd piece of 2 inches of corn 🤷‍♂️. And if you order just one seafood you get corn and potato and if you ask for 2 pieces or corn and say no potato they try to charge you an extra $3 for the second piece unless you specifically say please substitute the potato for another piece of corn. Like seriously how petty can you be. They also gave me the wrong flavor once and refused to do anything but say sorry. No refund. No discount. No replacement. If you make a meal wrong it is your obligation to make it correct. You can't just say sorry and do nothing. That's literally a form of theft to force someone to pay for something that they never received. Also this food is extremely unhealthy to be honest. It's not in butter. Its in a very very low grade unhealthy oil. It's actually quite literally one of the most unhealthy things we can consume. But the service or lack of is the key to never visit this...

I have gone here atleast once a month since they opened for mommy daughter dates with my daughter and have always tipped the waitresses 25% each time. I am appalled that I was yelled at because there was an error on their POS system that did not show the transaction payment processed. I showed the woman my apple pay statement where it says approved and also pulled up the screen shot of the credit card statement where you can see it went through and she still told me i need to swipe my card again or else shes going to make our server pay for the meal (which is illegal by the way). I had to put my foot down and tell her I will not be paying for the same meal twice and on top of that it was my daughters 10th birthday and they caused a scene right in front of her. I was excited to check this place out. I consider myself a seafood lover. I like the changes made. Personally I imagined it a bit more upscale. All the booths reminded me of McDonald's. The wait staff was ok the food was avarage so now we come to the biggest thing price. WOW. CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG. 3/4 of the planet is ocean so it goes to reason sea food should be very abundant. So why is everything priced like there's a seafood shortage. Please. I will stick to buying my shrimp without the heads in bulk and cook them myself and save 30 bucks a pound.
