My two teenage sons and I went in last night for dinner. We were going to go to Red Robin, but it was closed due to a power outage. My oldest son got chicken crispers and fries. His chicken was dried out and tasted nasty. We had them remake them and they were a little better and at least somewhat edible. His meal should have been free because he had to wait for another meal and then when it came back out his fries were cold and he had no appetite because of what the other ones were like. My youngest son got a bacon cheese burger and his was dry but edible to some extent. I got the fajita trio. The tortillas were so disgusting, sticking together, soggy like and shriveled up. The rice was so dry and actually sticking to the hot skillet. The chicken in the fajita trio was so dry I couldn't even swallow it. I actually spit it out in a napkin. It was seriously that bad. I was so mad about all three meals having some sort of issue with them that I didn't even say anything about mine and my youngest son's because I had pretty much lost my appetite and was just ready to leave. The quality of food has went down hill. I was very disappointed and I will most definitely not be going back. I spent $85 on 3 meals that all pretty much sucked. I should've told them I wanted the three meals for free and only paid for drinks and chips and salsa. It was the worst meal I've ever been served at a restaurant and it wasn't just one meal, it was all three meals. I'm pretty pissed I spent $85 on a poor excuse for food. It was totally disgusting. I can't believe the cook, server and waitress could not tell how dry the food was because we could tell as soon as it was sat down on the table. I will not be back. I feel like I threw my money away because I sure as hell didn't get the quality of food I paid for. You need a better cook or you need to stop making food ahead of time because it's dry after sitting in warmers for...
Read moreHonestly if I could give no stars I would. We usually go to the chilis on the other side of town and my visit last week just confirmed that we should continue to do so. I came in with a co-worker for lunch. Upon entering the entrance was soaked and smelled of sour. We ignored figuring they were just cleaning. We were sat on the bar side so the bartender was our waitress. I ordered the appetizer sampler and informed the waitress that I didn’t want any sauces on the plate only sour cream because I have allergies. She said yep got ya! A runner brought our chips out he looked like he hated his job. Not a single word just plopped the chips on the table and stormed off. The app sampler came out and lo and behold sauces were not only on the tray but the tenders were in contact with the honey mustard which happens to be what I’m ALLERGIC to. I tell the runner that they were told no sauces and that it would need to be remade. She takes the plate and literally 2 minutes later a male manager comes and drops the tray on the table. Once again no eye contact or a single word spoken. I try to call for him and he ignores me. I have to get up and walk to the bar with the plate to tell the bartender that the same food was brought out to me, she tried to argue with me and state it was brand new food… honey mustard was still on the edge of the tenders which I had to point out. We wait 15 more minutes for a fresh tray to come out… same male manger slams the next plate down and storms off… this time the apps were all burned. We simply asked for the check paid and left… and go figure we even STILL TIPPED. Not a single word from the manager nor an apology from the server and we still had decency to leave a tip at a restaurant that tried to KILL ME. Also…. Fix your bathroom all stalls but one had out of order...
Read moreI am a truck driver and my distribution center is right around the corner from the Applebee’s that I attend once a week while I’m on my 34 hour break. I drove bye this Applebee’s in York Pennsylvania and I saw that they were people waiting in their cars and they were people waiting outside so I called ahead right away to reserve a seat for myself because I understand that you’re doing social distancing. When I called and I spoke to who I believe was the hostess at the time they said there was no way and that I would be seated right away when I came in. After I drop my trailer parked my truck all within 10 Minutes I walked over to the Applebee’s and they were the same people waiting and I walked in and they said they couldn’t see me 30 minutes to 45 minutes. I was very upset with the hostess I walked out and I called the manager and the manager tried to convince me that I was wrong about the people outside waiting and I told her that I saw thatllMinutes I walked over to the Applebee’s and they were the same people waiting and I walked in and they said they couldn’t see me 30 minutes to 45 minutes. I was very upset with the hostess I walked out and I called the manager and the manager tried to convince me that I was wrong about the people outside waiting and I told her that I saw The same people there when I walked into the building to get a seat. I’m very upset with someone lying to me just to get me inside the building I feel that they should be honest over the phone about the time that they have to make people wait I understand they don’t want to push people away by telling them there’s a white because most people would just go somewhere else. I was willing to wait if needed but I was lied to. So I walk next-door to Longhorn steakhouse and I spend my money over here instead. ...
