I found that I prefer their bestestmostestpepperoni thin crust pizza that they promote as being covered with lots of pepperoni, and cheese, going all the way to the edge of the crust. I've now ordered this pizza 3 times from this location, and 1 time from a different location. For the most part, it has been as advertised. But my last order from this location was pathetic. I picked it up and took it home. When I opened the box, I was truly disappointed. They did not have sauce, cheese & toppings all the way to the edge, they had a good 3/4" of bare crust that was overcooked all the way around the pizza. And they only had about 12-13 slices of pepperoni covering the pizza. Most slices only had a single piece of pepperoni, while several had none at all. It was not good at all. I used the link that they provided in their e-mail to let me to share my feedback with them, and explained it all, but nothing ever happened. No follow up from Little Caesar's or the store manager. Its like they don't care about...
Read moreI just sat in line at the Eastern Boulevard Lil Caesarâs drive through for 30 minutes waiting to put my order in. When I finally get to the window I ordered two Extra Most Bestest pizzas and was told it would be an hour wait. When my daughter went inside she reported seeing a group of angry, frustrated customers. They reported waiting for their orders for about 40 minutes as they watched a group of teenagers playing around in the back. This lack of management and structure was so disappointing. I quickly got out of line and went to Pizza Hut. A company that is consistent, organized, and well managed. The Lil Caesar location on Eastern boulevard is a joke and not at all managed. My whole take away from the experience was that branch hired a bunch of immature irresponsible teenagers that are make a mess of the business, ruining the companyâs reputation, and making hanger customers like myself so...
Read moreWould leave no stars if I could. Ordered a DoorDash yesterday, around 7. Half an hour later, the order still had no been confirmed, so I called. I really hope the gentleman who answered was NOT a manager, because he had NO customer service. Told me, oh yeah. That's not ready yet. I asked, .....well. What do you suggest? Just cancel the order? "NO! We ran out of crazy bread. They didn't make enough." .... he couldn't have just told me that instead of not confirming the order? Instead, he offered me a 2 liter of soda. I can hear shouting in the background. So I said that's fine, I'd just really like the pizza. No problem. We hang up. 20 minutes later, DoorDash cancels my order and says they closed. WHAT. I JUST TALKED TO SOMEONE.
It's completely fine to have run out of something close to closing time. But for crying out loud, communicate that with the guest. 100% WILL NEVER order...
