They claimed they closed down online orders for 3 hours and refunded the online orders. But that is so far from the truth They let a order be placed and paid for. The lady called after waiting 5 hours and talked to a employee who said she was able to come pick up her order and get a refund THAT SHE ALREADY PAID FOR online when she got there the employee didn't know what the lady order was and stated it had to be made. They said they refunded the order but the money never arrived back into the bank account, never got a confirmation for cancelation nothing AFTER 4 WEEKS

They let the lady leave with the food and began to harass her for the cost of the pizza . Threatening her with the cops .

The lady not wanting to get arrested she called and tried to pay for the pizza, they wouldn't allow her to pay .

They lied about refunding her And accused her of stealing without zero proof.

To anyone reading any 1 star review dated in the past few days, IT IS NOT ACCURATE. I ordered from a different Bella Roma in a different city and my story went viral (apparently there is such a thing as review storming?). I was unclear about the popularity of the name and was not specific in saying where it was.

Based on previous reviews, this restaurant has VERY tasty food and excellent, kind staff. Please please support this local family business and ignore any comment from the past 3 days that is not positive!...
