Delicious food. Dough and sauce made fresh every day per the nice receptionist lady. The restaurant is clean and organized. Food never disappoints. Excellent customer service skills. The Manager here today is extremely humble, friendly, and respectful. He acknowledges his customers and asked if I needed anything. Other businesses need to take a tip from this restaurant. Delivery drivers are kind and ready to work. I’m usually an extremely picky person and I am a food critic. Therefore, CoCo Pizza of Springfield has my highest recommendation. I’ve tried so many times over the past year and for some reason they just can’t get it right. A basic “half pepperoni with NO OREGANO” is almost impossible. I have one slice that’s half the size of the whole pizza and one the size of a kids hand. Oregano all over the pizza, and lukewarm that we waited an hour for. I don’t mind waiting when you can still get a warm pizza. Yes I could have picked up but with 2 small kids it’s not always easiest.
