My family and I arrived on 8/28/24 around 615pm . Party of 5 . Upon entry. No one greeted us. Upon looking around. I could find no staff except for Some young guy in the bar area looked at us and turned away. I noticed 5 tables that had guests at them. After 5 minutes of standing there . A lady (Megan E we found name on receipt) finally approached us and gruffly asked how many . We had 5 adults . She walked away from us without saying a word. She came back 1 minute later and gave a fake laugh: saying she thought they didn’t have any tables ready but forgot out this one in the back corner . Then we get seated. Order drinks . Now here starts the fun part: every time Meagan would approach the table. She would then disappear into the BOH for around 5 minutes. Received our drinks and she took our appetizer order. She didn’t come back from the BOH until she had our apps . By that time. We needed refills . She took our order and was very short with us. Not even meting us finish a sentence before interrupting. The apps were spin dip and cheese bites . Spin dip had a layer of grease on top. Chips are thin and break trying to scoop the dip out. Cheese bites are ok. What can I say about frozen pre made fried cheese We ordered 2 bourbon steaks med rare with mashed potatoes and 1 side salad menu says topped with mushrooms and onions 1 sirloin with mashed potatoes and broccoli 1 club sandwich with fries and 3 cheese chicken penne Chicken penne was good . Club sandwich was sub standard. Asked for no tomato and it still came with tomato. Fries were cold by the time it hit the table . The 3 steaks were all ordered medium rare. All came out medium to medium well . Over cooked. The bourbon steaks supposed to have mushroom and onions 1 came out with onions underneath the other had 3 mushrooms and 3 onions . None of us ate the “garlic mashed potatoes “ They were like glue , so sticky you could hardly scoop them up. Little to no flavor. Almost like they had been sitting in a steam pan for hours . No for the side salad . As she brought the dinner meals out, she faked laughed and said “oh I ran out of room for the salad “ Normally I like my salad before my main. It arrived 5 minutes after I got my steak We asked for steak sauce and ranch … took 6 minutes for that . She asked us about refills , we said yes. And said ok. 10 minutes later . She comes back and asked if we wanted refills After we begrudgingly ate what we could. We asked for 1 Togo box as she dropped off the ticket. 10 minutes later . She came from the BOH empty handed and took the credit card . I asked. Again for Togo box. She came back with receipts and I asked a 3rd time and she laughed like a blond forgetful person . Service was poor and mind you only a handful of tables and she seemed to spend more time in the BOH than with customers or tables . Food was terrible. For a chain restaurant, you’d think it would be impeccable. No we didn’t complain . For 1 that’s not me . If they can’t get it right the 1st time . Then why bother . And 2 Meagan was never arbor table more than 30 seconds to even voice concern And let’s mention the salt shaker on the table. Very unusable , very nasty . Some brown crap in it. Yes I have a pic This will be the last time we will ever come here . I am a restaurant manager, cook, server. Maybe I expect more out of places like this .i was not the one that paid. Or else I would’ve spoke up. I don’t leave reviews to get free stuff. I leave in hopes places can fix their issues and also to warn potential customers of the crappiness

Against my better judgement, we gave them another chance last night. Zero lights on in the parking lot or outside of the building. It was very dark, except for headlights. Portable AC units in the dining room. Restrooms were awful. After waiting 15 mins for drinks, watching another couple get up and walk out due to poor service, and everyone around us still waiting for orders, I asked our server to cancel our drinks from the bar and change our order to go. She came back a few minutes later to say they were boxing them up. We ordered by 9:15 and didn't get our appetizers until 9:50! They didn't give us any of the sauces that come with the items. Getting home to lame, dry food ticked me off even more. The bartender was running around like she was busy, which she may have been, but I didn't see her make one drink the entire time I was there. The only people being taken care of were the 4 people at the bar and someone who walked right up to her, placed an order, and left with her food before we got ours. This service was some of the worst I have had. Our waitress was nice and did what she could but unfortunately that's the only good thing I can say about this visit. As you can see from others, the review means nothing to them because they will just paste a link instead of giving actual customer service. It really seems like they're trying to avoid that all together.

I ordered flavor tea , I picked raspberry I told the server that I could hardly taste the raspberry the tea taste a little bitter, the server went back and put more raspberry in it and he came back and it seemed like it didn't taste any better a lady came by I don't know if she was a manager or something I think she was I told her my dilemma I might as well get water so she went back and put more in, this is crazy but it tasted the same, I be grudgingly drink it cuz it seem like they couldn't do anything about it. I told myself the next time I go there I will make sure I have my raspberry lemonade enhancer with me and I'll just order water.. for two people it's about $35 course than the tip so it's close to 40

I love the atmosphere, my server was extremely shy he was nice you could tell he just wasn't comfortable serving. My husband ordered the riblets they were extremely good. I ordered the small order of ribs as they showed the calorie count at 430 and I was counting my calories which I was glad that Applebee's did that, put down the calories so I can stay within my food budget. they were tough and hard to eat, I wouldn't buy them again. The side orders was garlic mashed potatoes which was like 200 calories they were absolutely delicious and garlic green beans very small portion but very good. Ate here the other Friday night and sat down around 9:15PM. Adam or Allen was our server can't remember his name, but it started with an A. Upon sitting down, we promptly ordered our meal which included an appetizer along with two entrees. Fast forward 30 minutes, our appetizer comes out, and then our server proceeds to put our appetizer at the wrong table (the table next to us). The appetizer was the new nachos, and the table next to us begun to eat a few of the nachos before the server realized he gave it to the wrong table, and then moved the appetizer to our table (that the table next to us had already started eating on lol).

From here, we see people order numerous items 30 minutes after we ordered and then received their entrees before we ever received ours. Some people even ordered the exact same entree which was an 8-ounce sirloin with broccoli and mashed potatoes and they still received it before us. Fast forward to 10:15, we still have not received our entree, despite every table around us eating and leaving (even though they ordered after us), our server then comes up to us, hands us our check and ask us to pay despite never receiving our food. We then let him know we had not received our food yet, and he proceeded to say he would check on it.

Fast forward to 10:45, and our server comes back (and you guessed it, he had no food for us) asking why we were still here and what we were waiting on. We informed him for the fourth time that we had still not received our entree, he again went back to check on it, came back to us, and told us our order was "lost" and would get it out ASAP.

But wait, it gets worse. Upon receipt of our entree 2 hours later, not only was it the wrong order, they also only gave us TWO pieces of broccoli for our side, gave us a much smaller steak, and it was completely overcooked. With this, we also had wings (and again, you guessed it), whenever we received the order, it was the wrong sauce.

So, to summarize: We arrived at the establishment early, ordered before everyone, proceeded to receive an appetizer that was already eaten off of from another table, then watched people receive our exact same order we had, despite ordering 30 minutes after us, was asked to pay despite never receiving the food, then finally received the food after reminding our server only 4 times that we hadn't received it. And then upon receipt of the food, we received exactly two pieces of broccoli, an overcooked steak, and the wrong sauce wings. I genuinely felt like someone was playing a prank on me considering everything that happened in the 2 hour period I was at...

Awful, I mean awful! My wife and I went out for dinner without the kids last night. Very rare, mind you. That only exacerbated my extreme frustration last night. We got to Applebee's around 8pm, it's was a little busy but not packed or overwhelmed. (Which again only exacerbated my extreme frustration) whenever we walked into the location, the hostess was not at the podium. After around two or three minutes, a server walked over and sat us. (He would turn out to be our waiter) THIS IS WHERE OUR 55+ DOLLAR NIGHTMARE BEGAN. As we sit at our table, another waitress walking by while clearing tables drops a container full of sauce. It got all over my leg and arm. The waitress continues to just keep doing her job instead of turning around and apologizing. I didn't expect anything from the waitress's mistake except for a direct apology. (Never got one) Then our waiter came back to start our drink order. However, we already knew what we wanted, so we chose to order everything at once, hoping it would all come sooner because we were both starving. OUR ORDERS HER Perfect Margarita Mozzarella cheese sticks 8oz steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli HIM Blue raspberry lemonade Boneless hot wings Crunchy shrimp with fries and broccoli Around 8 mins after ordering the waiter brings my wife a water and myself my blue lemonade. (8 minutes, and they couldn't get the margarita out 🙄) that would come 3 to 4 minutes later. We sip our drinks until our food comes out. From the time our order was ordered to the time it came out, it was 21 freaking minutes. At that, the only thing they brought was the Boneless chicken. I happily popped on in my mouth, and much to my surprise and dismay, it was cold. No, I'm not talking warm. I mean, cold. My wife didn't believe me, so she reached over to feel the chicken. She flagged down a different sever, and we sent the wings back. A few minutes later, 3-5 our main courses were brought out. Immediately, I became angry the shrimp in place of being hot and Crispy was soggy and cool (not as cold as the wings, but you could tell not fresh.) The fries were the same temperature and the broccoli was literally room temp. My wives' food was the same broccoli was cold, the steak was just warn, the only thing that came out of the kitchen that would be edible was her mashed potatoes. We were done. I stood up and walked over to my server, who was steady of doing his job, spent the entire night at the pos station with the other staff. 55+ DOLLARS DOWN TGE DRAIN!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER!!! APPLEBEE'S FIX...
