I have a brother that is Disable and he can take over an hour to eat. Other places we have eaten, we were always told to take our time. We have done 8a-11a for breakfast at Hardee's at Battlefield and Kansas Express with friends in wheelchairs since we visited afterwards too without being frowned upon. Today 2/23/2025 I drop my brother and girlfriend here at 1130a Arby's at Republic Road and Kansas Express they ordered there food around 1142a. I told my girlfriend I was heading to help my Accountings with his car battery issue at Fort and Battlefield around noon. I left the parking lot at 1202p. Got my Accountings car started and back to his house near Walnut Lawn and Kansas Express around 1240p. I gave my brother another 20 min to eat in case he wasn't finished. Went inside to initial and signed my tax return. My Accountings girlfriend said my girlfriend called saying Arby's wants them to leave they have been there for almost 3 hours. I left my Accountings house and got to Arby's. I went in and asked why my disabled brother was being kicked out. I was told by a supervisor or manager that they only allow customers 30 minutes to eat and had to leave per their policy. She said she allowed my brother to be there for almost 3 hours. After 2 hour and 30 min she said she told my girlfriend they had 30 minutes to contact an uber, friends or parents or they will have to contact the cops. There were probably 2 other customers there at that time so inside was pretty slow. I was confused and wasn't expecting that reply. I asked for the policy notice sign because it wasn't at the door as I walked in. The supervisor lady said it wasn't posted it's just their policy. It was my fault for ditching them there at Arby's, I did not know I needed to justify my life outside of Arby's to be a customer at Arbys. I tried to take a picture of the Supervisor around 142p but she turned away. I was probably there for 15 min trying to understand the reason before even thinking of taking a picture for this post. There was another staff member at the counter trying to justify her Supervisor too. The supervisor said there was no need for pictures as they had cameras to show what happened. My brother and girlfriend weren't being loud or rude or anything. I have no idea if stuff is still happening nowadays. Hope they have the recording and someone can get a copy of it to make this Arby's famous if they are in the wrong. Reminder this was from my perspective and how they replied to me made every thought I had even worse. There were no sour words thrown by the Arby's staff. I told them I did not have any illness or sourness towards them, just their policy. My Accounting and his girlfriend were surprised and confused too. I asked strangers on the street about it and they were shocked. Again this was from my perspective, I'm hoping this is more of a communication error and they just failed to explain themselves properly. I reported this to Arby's Online, I don't know if they will see it and correct the issue. We will probably just avoid this Arby's...
Read moreUpon visiting the W. Republic Rd. location in Springfield, MO my party and I we're met with extreme unprofessionalism for what was a majorly disappointing customer experience! We both ordered the Turkey bacon wrapped combo with side salad. When I asked for extra crackers to go with my salad the manager proceeded to mock me after informing me that they didn't have any. My response to her statement was "Really? All other Arby's offer them." to which she said "Well, you act like I ruined your whole night by saying we didn't have crackers." In MY opinion, making unnecessary, rude comments to customers is something that not only employees of the establishment should NOT do but the management team included! Upon asking what came on the salad, we were told it included bacon and cheese. I also asked multiple times for a specific salad dressing and when the food was picked up the wrong salad dressing had been given and no bacon was on either of our side salads. I then had to make an extra trip to the front counter to ask for the correct condiment but decide to not mention the lack of bacon issue due to the recent unprofessional experience while ordering. Once seated, we found that not only was there a lack of desired bacon but the cheese was chunks of sliced cheddar that looked like it had been torn up with someone's fingers and thrown on last minute. The problems don't end there though. Upon inspection of the wraps we were given, we both see that the same finger torn cheese was sloppily thrown in also and wilted lettuce leaves adorn the unappetizing looking small clump of sliced turkey. Again, not feeling comfortable complaining after the rudeness from the manager initially, we decided to eat what we got in disappointment. After about 5 minutes time had passed and we were only partially through our "meal" another employee, carrying a bucket of water and wet cloth, comes to our table and insists that he wipe the table down in the middle of our dinner. We didn't not allow this to happen because we would've had to pickup all of our food, drinks, trays, personal belongings just for the inconvenience factor... Simply put, one of the most unsatisfying and unprofessional experiences we've had and we will NOT be returning to this location! The staff and crew do not seem to have a grip on how to conduct a quality dining experience and retraining is definitely in order...
Read moreSo me and my partner came here to eat and we both got a turkey bacon ranch wrap with a side salad. My partner had asked if they had any crackers that we could have with our salad and the lady said no I'm sorry if that ruined your entire night. Which is very unprofessional. We had asked what all came on the salad and we were told bacon, cheese. So we paid for our meal. Got our drinks. They called my name and we didn't even get forks for our salad. So I had to go up there and ask for them. When we opened our salad there was no bacon. On either of them. There was sliced cheese that looked like it was torn up by someone's hand and tomatoes. We were not told that tomatoes came on them and neither one of us like tomatoes. We pick the tomatoes off and just eat, we didn't want to go up there and tell them about the problems with the food because of how rude they had been. When we got to our wraps. There was a piece of sliced cheese just stuck in there. I don't know if it comes like that but I don't know anyone who wants to eat a wrap with a torn up piece of sliced cheese in it. But while we were eating one of the employees came over to our table with a bucket of water and a rag and asked us if he could wipe our table down. We are eating! We are customers you can wait till we are done eating to wipe our table down. That is not necessary. We were not pleased with the service at this location at all. Very poor customer service. No professionalism. Poor...
