Order on the app and when I pulled to the drive thru, the employee even read back my order perfectly before I confirmed that it was indeed my order. After 20 minutes of waiting, I received my order and I started to drive off but I pulled into a parking lot to make sure my order was correct. Half the order was for my little sister and she has severe allergies to anything tomatoes and she doesn’t like mayo and pickles on her whopper with cheese. The entire order was wrong. First, the two sides was two jalapeño and cheese poppers the 8 count and a whopper with cheese and only mustard and lettuce. The whopper had a ton of mayonnaise and ketchup plus two tomatoes and no mustard or cheese plus the two sides were chicken nuggets and tots. Thankfully, I wasn’t too far so I drove back to Burger King and told them that my entire order was wrong. The employee checked each item and confirmed it was wrong so they had me wait another five minutes for the food. I honestly wasn’t upset or annoyed. I’ve worked in fast food and I understand the mistakes were made. The employee brought me back the same burger but the sides were different. I told him that the whopper wasn’t even made correctly so they had me employee was getting annoyed with me and snatched the bag and took it back inside. I waited maybe 2 or 3 minutes for a different employee to hand me the bag. I checked the food and I looked correct but the burger was cold and it looked as if they just scrapped off the toppings just to make the burger correct. I contemplated having it returned but I decided against it. I just tossed the burger away and went to a McDonald’s and gotten her a cheeseburger. I wasn’t going to place my little sister’s life in danger because the employees were being jerks. I shouldn’t have to explain why my food needs to be made a certain way for them to take it seriously if at all. I also wouldn’t put it past them if they spat on the food as well. Read moreExtremely disappointed with the service they provided to me tonight. I go in at least once every two weeks, sometimes more often and order the same thing. Normally when there is a mistake they fix it rather quickly, but this time was far different.
First off, the cash register broke while we were paying, so we had to wait almost five minutes in front of the drive through window before we were even told what was happening. No receipt, no change, nothing. I stayed in good spirits though, seeing as how distressed the lady in the window looked. We finally were given change and a receipt, but were given the wrong change! I handed her back the change and said it was to much, that she only owed me a quarter. Clearly she didnt hear me because it wasnt until I said it atleast two more times that she finally got frustrated and gave me my quarter at the end of our transaction.
I pulled away and checked our food, as I usually do, just to make sure the order was correct. It wasnt. Almost everything was wrong and we had no straws. So I pulled back around (I wouldve gone inside, but I was in pajamas and hadnt showered) and gave them back the food, requesting they replace the order (I was agitated at this point and thought I shouldve been allowed to at least keep the messed up fries, but hey.) The lady who took my food back with her walked back to the window moments later with the worst attitude and a tone worthy of lashing out a small child, saying I was wrong about saying they were wrong with my order.
I ordered the damn thing. I know what I want with my order.
At this point, I'm livid. I tell her to just remake the order as nicely as I can, though I'm certain my tone came back pretty cold. I never get the option to get the employees name, because they shut the window in my face immediately after I took my bag.
Bowling, I return home to call them. I try three times. No answer.

Read moreWent to Burger King 08/11/2025 at around 12:40 for Lunch and asked about the what the new Deal they are offering comes with and the person running the register got an attitude with us, and she was working there that day and got an attitude with the system that they use. I can't remember her name but I wish I did. she had no patience with the group of the three of us, We ordered a whopper combo which comes with a drink and the two whopper sandwiches deal they have been offering. After we ordered, I was handed the cup for the drink and the other two people who I was with that day asked for a cup after we had already ordered as well and the girl literally looked at us like "what do you mean?" staring at me in the lobby with my drink cup and she acted like they were asking too much out of her or something like that's your job. They rushingly called out other peoples numbers and our number too. Well we sit down to eat, and there's hardly any meat on the whopper, Mostly Mayo, one pickle and one tomato. Keep in mind, we ordered one without cheese but they all came without cheese and the fries were cold so we asked a different person to give us a thing of fries and thankfully we got it. Then I was trying to help out the people I came with and get her a plastic knife but they didn't have those in the lobby and the lobby was dirty there was only one clean table. So anyway, then I go to ask a different person for a plastic knife as the employee who took my order was just standing there and talking and the assistant manager was standing around doing nothing. As he had to swipe his card a couple times to void the item. Don't do it guys, avoid this location like the plague.
