Employees look super busy, donât get me wrong⌠but no one took our order even though we were at the front for 15-20 minutes. After asking, one employee tells us to move forward and order by the register, so we go there and wait⌠for an additional 5-10 minutes, where NO ONE takes our order there, either. So we ask, and a second employee tells us that we were supposed to order earlier in the line. Then clarifies and says âwe can order wherever/whenever we want.â Which is also totally fine, except apparently we canât, because we tried to give our order to 4 different employees and all of them told us âjust a second.â So itâs obviously not as simple as âordering wherever you want.â This is so confusing because again, the employees were all working very hard and being very friendly to other customers, but somehow completely ignored us for about 20-25 minutes even though we were at the front. Iâve never been stressed out about ordering ice cream before today, lol. I ended up letting my boyfriend order something, but I lost my appetite during the super awkward and frustrating wait in line.    Read moreI have never been to a more sorry excuse for an establishment. No matter the time, day, or season this store always disappoints. After waiting thirty minutes online outside of the store, we finally made it into the building after the employees helped a whopping two parties in THIRTY MINUTES, and they were not large or ordering a lot. We finally get inside and see why it takes this long- four employees behind the bar all helping one customer and moving at glacial speeds. Who is on their phone? who is confirming the order 6 times? Whoâs having a conversation about the weather with the customer? At my usual coldstone, they are jam packed line out the door and they move it! One employee to a party-one makes everything and the same one rings it up- how it should be done.
After an additional ten minutes and this same customer still not out the door who ordered two items with only one topping in each, I then overhear they are out of multiple flavors. Compared to other Coldstones, BOTH your flavors and toppings are limited and lackluster and then you donât even have enough stock of simple flavors such as vanilla or chocolate 4 hours prior to closing.    Read moreToday is my daughter's birthday. My wife placed an order for a cake and three Sundays for pickup Saturday 9/4 at noon. We walked in and my wife gave her last name twice to the young man behind the counter. He came back to say no order was placed. My wife gave him our last name two more times spelling the last name this time. Note: the music is too loud. He brought out the cake but no Sundays. My wife showed him the order on her phone, everything was paid for. He looked at it and said I can make two of these but one of them he didn't have. My wife said that's fine I'll take a refund. The young man informed her he couldn't give her a refund!!!!!! Seriously. So my wife ordered another type of Sunday. Another note. These were supposed to be made and she asked them to be as frozen as possible because we don't live in this area. Of course that did not happen either. So lesson learned. We will never go back to this location and I'll be more than happy to tell as many people as I can about the awesome service. Happy...
