I like coming here. Their staff are really friendly and the dining area is always super clean, which I love. I usually avoid their peak hours. I feel like the first time I was here, they seemed to have a little more extensive menu than they do now. Their food is fresh and cooked to order. They have a nice variety of tater tots. I had the spinach & parmesan Wahlbites, served with house made honey garlic sauce. I loved it. I recently tried their crispy fish with house made balsamic tartar sauce and ordered a side of kale and brussel sprout slaw. The slaw is excellent. The fish portion is good and tastes fresh. I think the batter needed flavor though. The tartar sauce is really good. I tried the bacon mac and cheese before which was topped with housemade garlic parmesan panko breadcrumbs. It was okay. I ordered a pear margarita. It was good but I didn't taste pear. The parmesan truffle tots, with truffle aioli, was great. I love the light, buttery flavor the truffle oil & aioli gave the fries. I have also tried Jen's chicken salad. It had marinated seared chicken breast which was so juicy and flavorful. The mixed greens elevated the salad. I like that it wasn't cheap iceberg lettuce. It also had caramelized onions, house made crispy onion rings which were amazing, sliced avocado tomatoes, and house made honey garlic dressing. It was perfect. I tried the OB burger in the past and liked it. In my opinion, their burgers are much better than McDonalds. They're a lot fresher. Even the sauces are made from scratch, in house. I loved Paul's signature wall sauce. I also had a side of tomato jam and enjoyed that as well but I prefer Paul's sauce. Although, I was a little surprised at how greasy the OB burger was once. I noticed the buns weren't grilled so they soaked up the grease from the burger and the bread fell apart pretty quickly. Their buns are really light. Normally, they grill the buns so I think this may have been a rushed job. I will say that if you let them know of any issues you have with your order, they will quickly correct it. I just didn't have time. The price differences between most fast food burger establishments and Wahlburgers is not much and worth it for the quality. Some areas I think they can improve on is the quality of their buns. While it's really light, and I like that, it breaks apart too easy. I also wish they had lunch and dinner combinations and thematic food items once in a while. Like a limited edition corned beef burger during St. Patty's or something like that. But above all, I wish they would add chicken wings to their menu! Chicken wings and sports bars go hand-in-hand. Lol I understand it is a family dining area as well, but you got to have chicken wings. I think they could benefit from a drive-thru as well, especially with parking being so scarce on that main road and having to rely on MGM's parking garage, but they would probably have to relocate because their current location is not currently ideal for a drive-thru. I honestly think a drive-thru, where parking is difficult, would be great for business. Overall, I recommend.

Update today (9/10/2022). My wife ordered on door dash to get delivered. She insisted so I let her order and guess what? The bun on the top of the hamburger was missing and the bun at the bottom was 50% missing. No, you do not take your job seriously. I'm from France by the way and I am 52 years old. I never seen a business ran like yours my entire life. This not just possible. I took pictures of my sandwich to show the entire world how you treat your clients. You should be ashamed of yourself for even McDonalds does not do that not to mention that 2 hamburgers + sweet potato torts cost at Wahlburgers grossly $53. Shame on you! --------------------------------------- Good hamburgers however the service is a disaster. First they do not serve green beans and/or broccoli with the burgers but only fried stuffs. In other words, Wahlburgers promots obesity. Worst they serve their coffee in cardboard cups with the plastic top like at MacDonald. The bear minimum would be to provide real faience mugs. Finally after finishing eating and paying, the server came twice after 5 minutes asking if we were all set. Clearly, even though there was plenty of tables available, we were asked to leave. This is unacceptable. The hamburgers are good but I'll never eat at Wahlburgers anymore for I do not share the values of this company which consists of making the maximum of profit while the service is ludicrous.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Wahlburgers in Springfield, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness and inviting atmosphere of the establishment. The drinks were simply amazing—crafted with precision and bursting with flavor. Whether it was a classic cocktail or a specialty creation, each sip was a delight. Now, let's talk about the food. It was truly top-notch. From the juicy burgers to the crispy fries and everything in between, every dish was cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. The ingredients were fresh, and the presentation was impeccable. What I appreciated most about Wahlburgers was the ambiance. It's a nice, quiet establishment where you can enjoy a meal without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. The friendly staff added to the welcoming atmosphere, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, Wahlburgers in Springfield is an amazing establishment that I will definitely be visiting again. If you're looking for delicious food, fantastic drinks, and a relaxed dining experience, look no further. Wahlburgers has it all. Highly recommended!

We visited Wahlburgers after a day out at the museums in Sprinfield. We went around 5 pm on a Wednesday and we were seated right away. We ordered the tots trio from the recommendation of the waiter and were very happy with it. We split it between 3 adults and one child and it felt like way more than enough. The tots themselves were well made and all 3 in the trio had great flavor from the toppings. We ordered the Mac and cheese with fries for the kids. My 5 and 7 year old who don't eat much were able to split it happily. I personally ordered the Fiesta burger and thoroughly enjoyed it, although it did not come out medium. The pickles and jalapeños complimented each other nicely. My other half ordered the "our burger" medium (a true medium) and added carmelized onions instead of regular onions. It was also good, however I would recommend ordering thr tomato on the side so your bottom slice of bread doesn't come out soggy like hers did. In addition, we ordered the birthday cake adult shake which was wonderfully thick. Overall, it was good food, quick and friendly service, and reasonably priced. Definitely would go back if we lived in the area.

My all time fav was the liquor drink because it was sweet and delish so they put cotton candy inside my glass and pour the drink on. I also loved the burger it was delish but man I got stuffed with the appetizer and the entree. I had to come here and take myself out to eat for vday. Omg when I saw the fried pickles being oily I was like it’s a bad idea to eat them but I was wrong you can’t taste the oil in them and it wasn’t heavy thank god so delish the crispiness that it had yes lol. A little disappointed on the burger this time it didn’t taste like it did the first time I had it. Had to get my fav drink with the cotton candy and tried a couple of new ones. Now I got 2 fav cotton candy and white sangria popsicle. ( only if you like sweet drinks ) the raspberry lemonade it felt like it had a aftertaste didn’t enjoy this one. Omg the bonus part was the chocolate cupcake with the filling of oreo cream in the middle and on top yum combined with ice cream it helped knock down the sweetness.

We stopped here while on vacation because we're fans of the Walhberg brothers, and some of the members of our party wanted to try the burgers. The ambiance feels too big and drafty. Booth side by side, it's not cozy and uncomfortable. Our burgers were lukewarm and soaked in sauce. It sogged the bread. The burgers did not have any special taste. The onion ring basket was cold, but if warm or hot, it would have been enjoyable because it had a great taste. We did enjoy the fried pickles. The service person was average. Couldn't really recommend drinks and didn't visit our table to offer us refills, etc. Nonetheless; we finished quickly, hardly finished our meals, asked for a check, the service person asked if we wanted boxes for our almost full meals, and we politely declined. Paid the check, left her a 20% tip out of 100 dollar check for three burger meals, two appetizers, two bottle drinks, and a coke. Won't visit again.
