Hannoush Jeweler's has been a great family-run business to us, we have been to several of the storefronts throughout MA and CT and have never been disappointed by the family. One of our favorite people to deal with has been Rupi by far!

We first met Rupi when we went in to look at engagement ring options. My fiancee and I wanted to shop this experience together, and we wanted to do something different then a "classic diamond" ring. We went with a Sapphire ring (my fiancee's favorite gem), and we could not possibly be ANY happier! Rupi heard our story and she was hooked!

She was very excited about our idea's and she offered a fantastic overview of our options. She has a great eye for details, and she LISTENS!!! She went waaay above and beyond, she worked with one of the owners, Maroun, to hand-craft us a gorgeous ring. I went with my partner Yuri today to Hannoush MGM, as this is the location he always goes to get his 14 y.o. Citizen Watch repaired ( and yes, Citizen watches are amazing). I knew about Hannoush Hadley, as this is where my father buys jewelry for my Mom….And the quality and beauty of what he has purchased has been fabulous . What I didn’t know about Hannoush is their sales people, more specifically Miguel Vazquez, was going to create one of the best sales experiences I have ever had. I have been wanting to buy a high quality, affordable, durable, elegant and practical watch for years….And no surprise… I ended up buying a Citizen Watch :). Miguel not only knew everything there is to know about the watch, but his manner was one of kindness, patience, and most importantly, he did not have a pressure sales approach. I had purchased a Tag Heuer Watch at Hannoush last May and it was the best customer service you could ever ask for. My sales person Rupi is the most knowledgeable and cordial person you would ever want to deal with. She placed my order for a hard to get style in March last spring and then left me waiting anxiously for it, as it took 2 months for it to come in. When ordering these watches, patients is what will be needed as they just don’t stock all the styles. But when it did show up Rupi didn’t stop by placing it on the counter. She had me open it up and try it on to get the perfect fit by removing some extra links. Her friendly and outgoing personality is beyond all means. And was very helping in showing me all the features of my new watch. I have made other purchases at MGM Hannoush and will continue to use them for all my jewelry needs.
