Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Springfield

Guy who works in the afternoons when I come in is pretty upbeat and looks like he enjoys what he does. It's very refreshing. Helpful and always gets my orders right. Goes above and beyond. 👍

Update: I recently went in because I had a BOGO. I asked for to go but they were busy and made it to eat in store. So I asked for lids and got them, but I struggled with the dripping ice cream cause the cups were too full. I put em in a ziplock bag or I would've had a big mess. Then I get home and both the ice creams I got were bland. It was the sweet cream and strawberry. Just a tiny hint of sweetness. Not even the toppings could overcome it. And I asked for 1 topping to be swapped and it wasn't. Too disappointing. I ended up throwing both of em away...

My son and I have stopped by Coldstones twice in the past few weeks. Once on National Ice Cream Day and another time a week or so before that. The time before that we encountered a group of young ladies who were everything. They didn't rush my son as he took his time choosing what he wanted. The ice cream was fantastic. I didn't have any change on me, so I had my son dump a domino's pizza gift card into their tip jar. National Ice Cream Day, we encountered a group of guys who were just as aimee as the ladies. I visited this location on 10-10-24 around 9pm. The customer service was awful. I was here on vacation with my family when I decided to treat my kids to some ice cream; because we don’t have a cold stone where we live. We got there and weren’t greeted at all. The staff just looked at us. When it was my turn to order, the girl just stared at me like are you going to order. Then more people walked in while I was ordering, and she interrupted me to greet them. When I was trying to grab my bowls from her, she insisted on just sitting them on the counter like she didn’t want to touch me. Both staff were very rude and prejudice. I will not be returning...
