Located in Battlefield Mall next to Hu Hot Mongolian Grill. You can enter from the outside without going into the mall. Going inside they have a large stack of potatoes in bags, this is where they store them for the french fries. There are two bins of free peanuts one at the front of the store and one at the back with scopes and little paper trays to put the peanuts in while you wait for your order. They have a very small menu so when you walk in the door the person at the register tells the cook how many people are coming in so he can start prepping the basics of your food. Menu choices are pretty much just burgers, fries and hot dogs. The kitchen area is right out in the dining area only separated by a long counter where you order and pick up the food. The burgers are excellent and I believe the only topping they charge extra for is bacon. They have a list of toppings and you can add as many of them as you would like to your burger. They have regular and cajun fries, which are cut from the potatoes in the store. This is one of very few places I've ever been where I don't like their french fries. If you have never been to a Five Guys before their french fries come in a cup, like a drinking cup. They fill the cup full and then they dump twice that amount in the bag. This is something they do as a chain, so if you order a small you are really getting a large. The way the guy at the counter talked if you ate them all they would give you more, but since I didn't like the fries that much I didn't find out. They have free drink refills and one of the new touch screen machines were you can choose your flavor combination. Restaurant was very clean and staff was...
Read moreI would give more stars just based on the food (it is amazing!) but I’m really disappointed with the management. My friend went in to the store and had ordered and one of the crew members were talking to him about football briefly. There was no one waiting in line behind my friend. He seemed to be really relating to my friend and interested in the conversation. He said he watched the manager walk up and whisper something in the gentleman’s ear. Then after he tried to slow the conversation down looking uncomfortable as if the manager was upset with him. Then in the middle of their conversation, the manager had physically taken over the register and stopped the conversation completely. We won’t be going in when she is on the clock. Her name was Tammy on the receipt. I think that was very rude on her part. If you want friendly staff, don’t look for it in the managers. I feel truly bad for the staff under them because they always seem to have to keep their head down and not interact with the customers or there’s consequences. It’s a shame you have someone like her representing...
Read moreFood was on par with other 5 guys restaurants. The COVID precautions were a little over abundant at this location, the kitchen and cashier is completely sealed off from the dining area with what looks like painters clear tarp 🤔, the have ample room in the dining room for spacing out tables yet there are only 3 tiny tables set up for use...(what's the point just shut the dining room down) also can't get refills in same cup must get new cup...while we were waiting on food a customer went up to the kitchen to ask for another cup and the man told him to go get in the ordering line at the cashier instead of walking over and grabbing the customer a cup...OKAYYYY! The customer kinda rolled his eyes went and sat down for a moment, then got up with his old cup and went and got his refill...can't say that I blame him...there needs to be some thought out into this location by management...cause this crew is...
