Very sad when you have an appointment at the mercy clinic to do your covert test you have an appointment then they tell you they change the policy yesterday they don't call you they don't send you a message they just send your text saying you have appointment then they make you stand out in a freezing cold at 5° to fill out this information on the phone so you can have a visit with the doctor did you call the test before you go on the cruise so let's be where you got done but it messed up my day and we had to be at the airport at noon we were there at 8:00 so I was not happy but we got our negative test so we could get on the cruise ship but just change the policy and you don't let anybody know that's why this phone so you can call him don't send text don't send a website that leads you to know where just pick up the phone and call that's why phones were made 100 years ago some people still believe in phones for phone call not into all these apps text messaging all these websites that does me no good just call on the phone to say we changed his policy that would have been a really...

First impressions are "wow!" My son was no longer scared of the dentist from the moment we walked in the door. It really helped ease his nerves to be able to play, watch cartoons, and color in the waiting room. (Fantastic way to calm kids down and get their energy out before laying on a table)

Staff was very patient and friendly and that truly helped with the process. He had surgery on his next visit in which the level of patience and care that went into it was PHENOMENAL!
