I went to the Culver's on Glenstone Ave in Springfield Mo. because we were on vaca from Il. There is a store in Belleville il. But I've never eaten there or any other Culver's. I believe the managers name was Xavier, at the store. I was so impressed with this whole store. We walked in and were greeted by 2 different workers. The food was fresh, hot and tasted great. While we ate we were asked by 2 workers, was everything good for us and did we needed anything else. After we ate, another employee came by and asked us could she dump our tray with trash on it. I had an salted caramel custard concrete and it was awesome. While I had my concrete, a lady was cleaning around the dinning area. She picked up fries off the floor, dumped trays for people, asked people did they need anything and had a rag and wiped things down. The store was kept very clean, the restrooms also. The manager went and was working and helping the employees take orders, bag orders and hand them out. I love to see managers helping his people and not just standing back and barking at his employees. I couldn't end this without telling about a young woman, I had a chance to talk with that was so wet head to toe because she was running orders out to people sitting and waiting curbside for their on line orders. She was sweet about it, when I said hon, I sure hope you brought dry cloths to change into latter. She said nope, but I'll be leaving before too long, I'll be fine but thanks Thanks so much for one of the best experiences I've ever had at any kind of...
Read moreIf you're on the hunt for a fast-food experience that stands out from the crowd, look no further than Culver's in Springfield, MO. This was my first time visiting a Culver's and let me tell you, it certainly won't be my last.
Despite the bustling crowd when we visited, the atmosphere remained jovaciously friendly and welcoming. The staff members were not only cordial but also incredibly helpful, patiently guiding us through their extensive menu and providing excellent recommendations.
Let's talk about the star of the show - the ButterBurgers. I opted for a double and it was nothing short of a taste sensation. The succulent beef patty, sandwiched between the softest buns and topped with a perfect blend of toppings; it was a mouthwatering masterpiece that left me happily surprised by its flavor profile and generous portion size.
But the delightful experience wasn't just about the food. The value for money here is unbelievable. We were a group of six, indulging in a variety of items from their menu, and our total bill was comfortably under $65.
In conclusion, Culver's in Springfield, MO offers an impressive blend of great food, friendly service, and excellent value for money. It's a place where quality and affordability coexist, making it a must-visit spot for locals and travelers alike. If you haven't tried Culver's yet, you're missing out on a true...
Read moreAwful experience. Came in from out of state. I was so excited to eat here.. we have always stopped at one outside of STL.. The service and the food were both equally as bad. I was charged a whole fourth meal for asking for two pieces of fish. My substitutions were not rang up, even after repeating ourselves multiple times. So we ended up getting Cole slaw and French fries, which we did not want. We got ONE cocktail sauce for 3 pieces of fish and twenty shrimp and then was told we'd have to pay for another cocktail sauce. Bizarre. But, they gave us 8 tartar sauces, of which we only used 3. The fish was dripping water, it was soggy and disgusting so we took a bite of two of them and didn't eat any of the three pieces - and they had absolutely no flavor to them at all just equally tasted like the water they were dripping. The shrimp was good. The burger was cold, the actual patty, the cheese wilted on edges. The mac n cheese was barely a 1/4 full in the cup, yet was an upcharge.... for what exactly, I'm unsure as it was three bites using their fork. The establishment was not clean, the tables not maintained while the cashiers all stood gossiping at the registers instead of cleaning in their downtime. This experience made me not want to stop at another's Culver's while driving through...
