The food here was very good! We got the smoked wings with sauce on the side, and these may be some of the best wings I've ever had! If your into a lot of different sauces and flavors, you may be disappointed as they only had teriyaki, BBQ, Buffalo, Ranch, and Blue cheese. But if you are into wings at all, you gotta try this place. French fries tasted freshly hand cut and fried to perfection! And the falafel plate. Good falafel is hard to find, they make theirs fresh in house and it's very well done, ate a couple before I got the picture off. Food and service did not disappoint at all. Inside of the bar is low lit (to be expected), it was a little cramped inside, and the booth meeting is terrible. I sat in the booth and the springs were almost non existent and the beam beneath the spring was sitting in my crack the entire time. I don't know if every booth is that way, but if I went and hi tops were full with only booths left, I would find a different place to sit and eat.

Waitresses were rude to my husband and I. All 3 waitresses looked like they just rolled out of bed. I had 3 short, curly, black hairs on my meal. Heavy set waitress with short thin blonde hair told me that she would have it remade. She came out 30 seconds later with the SAME plate and refused to admit that it was the same plate. She also told me that if I didn’t want hair in my food that I should go to chipotle because she doesn’t get paid to wear a hairnet. When I went to pay at the cash register I didn’t leave a tip and she threw my money at me and told me that I wasn’t welcome here and they would put my picture up on the door that says “BANNED”. Unreal, all I wanted was a burger. Instead I get insulted...

I’m giving it one star because who knows how good it is. I took my family of 4 (two adult children) in there at 9:30 on a Friday night for dinner after checking in at the hotel across the street. The bartender informed us the “kitchen was closed” because it had been “really slow”. (which is code for the cook has already cleaned the kitchen and didn’t want to fix us a meal and then clean it again). I get it, it’s easier to just serve drinks to those guys that were lined up at the bar. My mother, two sisters and brother all in live in Springfield, I visit here frequently.
