El Taco Fresco Food Truck — Restaurant in Springfield

UPDATE - I raised my review from 2 stars to 5. I wrote it while I was waiting for my food, and after I had talked to the staff about the process issue described below. The staff member was very apologetic, and our burritos were absolutely awesome and loaded with meat. I don’t think that what their online platform is doing is their fault. In fact, I worry that they’re being taken advantage of by Menu Star. Don’t order online. Text them. The number is on a photo of their menu.

Original review: The food here is delicious and people are very nice. 100 stars for their food. BUT - I have to take stars away for what I consider unfair business practices. Beware ordering online!!!! The prices are more expensive! You can pay $10 for a breakfast burrito in person, or $16 if you order online!!! This is really unfair to the customer and they should NOT be doing this. I’m really quite upset about it. I ordered four burritos, and ended up paying $20 more because I ordered online. Ridiculous. Great place for some authentic mexican food. Its a small truck and pushs out delicious food. I was recomended the Torta and it did not disappoint. The service was great and the music they play is awesome. When I asked for condiments and was no hesitation in giving me all the salsa I needed. Both the green and red salsa's are great. Stopped here on a whim, it was really good! I had an Asada burrito which was very big and very tasty. Their red salsa is great and fairly punchy, the green salsa was absolutely phenomenal (even though it came in a little baggy). Probably the best I've ever had, it complimented the burrito nicely. The place is kind of in the cut behind the A.M./P.M. gas station on gateway. If the rest of their food is as good as the Asada, then this place is one to consider if you're in the Gateway mall area.
