Huey Magoo's Chicken Tenders - Springfield (Battlefield Rd.) — Restaurant in Springfield

The menu shows the 8 piece meal for 2 with coleslaw. I believe that if you show a picture of your meals then they should be served in a reasonably close manner to what is shown. I asked the lady employee at the register why no coleslaw when we received the meal and she said that it is just pictured that way. I said that they should change the menu picture then because it is being advertised as coleslaw included. She said she couldn’t do anything about it. I suggested that maybe she talk to the owner of the restaurant about my suggestion and she said in a very annoyed and flat tone “ok”. I really dislike poor customer service and it is certainly a lost art. Truth in advertising please. If you don’t serve it that way then why in the hell would you advertise it that way on your sign? Maybe you could throw some lobster tails in the pictures on your menu also and then do the bait and switch later when we don’t get what we expect. It is the same idea, just with a different outcome. Fix your menu please. I am not the only person to complain about this and your reviews...

The employees are amazing! Super friendly! The food is delicious! I haven’t found anything that I do not like yet! My only complaint is, I love sweet iced tea and it’s the worst sweet ice tea I’ve probably ever had! I tried some the first day you guys were open and it tasted like watermelon, so they went and got me another glass of it. It tasted like watermelon also! So I thought I’d try again today and the same thing! They did assure me that it was not the watermelon tea, that it is the sweet tea, but It doesn’t taste like tea At all, it tastes Like watermelon flavored water-! I am actually going to throw it out. I can’t drink it. .Maybe something is wrong if it’s a mix or if it is freshly made tea,maybe they’re not leaving the teabags in to steep long enough?- So from now on, I think I will just try your lemonade and I’m sure it will...

This is yet another chicken strip restaurant. The chicken is good but not any better than the other chicken restaurants. They do have an excellent salad called the farm house salad. It has black beans, corn, carrots, tomatoes and a nice selection of salad greens. We go here for that salad. The service is extremely slow. We have had to wait every time we have went here. Also, check your bag if you go through the drive through. They always leave the salad dressing and picnic wear out and you have to go back to get it. I would recommend the salad here. But, again, check your bag before you leave to avoid...
