⭐️ If I could leave negative stars, I would. ⭐️ The McDonald’s on West Kearney is hands-down the most unprofessional, lazy, and downright disrespectful place I’ve ever seen. My mother went through this morning before work, placed her order at the speaker, then sat for several minutes with no response. She pulled up to the first window — no one. Second window — no one. After honking to see if someone was even alive back there, a worker finally poked their head out and told her she’d have to drive all the way back around to reorder. When she refused to play their childish games and asked for a manager or the corporate number, they spent nearly 20 minutes dodging responsibility, gaslighting her, and straight-up playing mind games. And if that wasn’t unprofessional enough, the employees thought it was cute to keep calling her “babe.” Excuse me? That’s not customer service — that’s pure disrespect. She was the only car there, yet somehow they told her she was “holding up the line.” What line? The imaginary one in their heads? Read moreEvery. Single. Morning. I go through the drive thru, and I order a coffee of some kind. Every. Single. Morning. The employees are hateful, and incredibly unprofessional. My last two visits have been the worst. The first visit, I wanted to use a promo from the app for a free medium coffee with any purchase. I didn’t see on the terms that it excludes the $1, $2, & $3 menu. I pull up and the morning manager (older lady with white hair) scans my code and immediately gets an attitude because I didn’t see the terms for the deal, and with extreme attitude asks if I still want the coffee or if I’m gonna change my order. My next visit, which was this morning. All I ordered was a large coffee, extra espresso. I pay, the lady that took my money this morning was surprisingly pleasant (normally the girl in the back is awfully rude) I pull up to the next window and the same older white hair lady is making my coffee. Doesn’t fill it up all the way, gives it to the window girl who then basically throws it at me, and shuts the window before I could say a word... Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would. Terrible food and terrible customer service only from the Manger. I went there to get fries. That's all I wanted. Simple, right? I received my fries half cooked. Keep in mind, I also used to work at McDonald's. One of two things happned: they turned on the fryer and didn't let the oil heat to the right temperature, or they pulled the fries before the timer went off. Doesn't matter which, it matters that they are not following procedure and are producing half-uncooked food. I called the store to let them know that they're fries are not cooked all the way, and I am met with the nastiest Manger ever. I told her I didn't want free food, I just wanted her to make sure things were cooked like they are supposed to be per the health department. All she says is "okay, bye," and proceeds to hang up on me. They were not busy. They only had three cars in line. I used to work at McDonald's, and everything is on a timer and it's not that hard to follow procedures. Maybe they need new management. I was there on 10/11/2022 around 12:40pm.
