Terrible service. They have just a few good crew members there. The rest are rude and impatient. The lady at the second window today practically threw my order at me before going back to her conversation, then snatched it back when I finally caught her attention and explained that she gave me the wrong bag (I thought y’all weren’t allowed to take food back after a customer has touched it? For food safety reasons?) and immediately barked at me to go park and shut the window. My order was brought out to me without a drink or the dipping sauce I ordered. The person who brought my order out was polite and brought me my drink after two trips (one to bring me my order, and one to come back and ask what drink I needed) but I didn’t want to spend even more time to walk in for the sauce so I just left. I’m really disappointed that this is my neighborhood store. Come here frequently and at least 50% the time I am missing items, handed the wrong order or rushed through the line. Worked at another local McD’s for about a year in 2020-2021 and we never provided such a horrible customer experience, even on a bad or busy day and even before our pay was bumped up above minimum wage. I really hope they treat and train their crew better in the future.
Edit: To top it all off, they gave me old, limp, tough fries in the wrong size, and my McChicken isn’t even cook to order like I ordered....
Read moreThis location is about 5-10 minutes further from my house than the Keubler location but it's often faster and more pleasant to take the longer trip. I've actually left the drive-through line at Keubler and drove the extra 5 minutes, and ended up getting home before I would have even gotten my food at the Keubler location several times. This is especially strange considering both locations are owned by the same people.
This location isn't perfect. There are times when it takes more than 10 minutes to get a very simple order and I've received my fair share of wrong orders here, but much less frequently than at the Keubler location.
The parking lot is really bad if there're more than any 3 cars in it, and they only have 2 pickup spots, which invariably have the empty cars of old people, or doordash people who think they're more important than you/don't know any better. They could use at least 2 more spots for curbside pickup. The parking lot is too narrow for 2-way traffic. Not sure how to fix that without somehow flooring is flipping the drive-through to the south side and making it 1-way (enter only to the South, exit only to the North).
The inside is usually pretty chaotic with like 20 people in various mental states milling around waiting for their orders. Things are mostly cleaned though and usually it feels...

It cost 11.55$ for a Happy meal and a quarter pounder meal small I only added mushrooms bacon and swiss to it , only problem was they had no mushrooms and or Swiss I didn't find that out until I pulled up to pick my food up they gave me white cheddar instead of Swiss and extra bacon since there was no mushrooms, and also no tomatoes I wouldn't be so upset but when your 7 months pregnant and u spend 20 mintues to get to the food window to find out there is nothing u ordered on the hamburger excpet bacon and u spend over 8$ on a small meal u kinda get upset and just say screw it cuz u waited 20 freaking minutes for the food , your about ready to eat your arm off and plus your two year old is screaming cuz there also hungry been in there car seat for over 20 mintues and just want there damn fries with ketchup ughh. So despite all the hype of McDonald's being back on mohawk in Springfield wow dude wow don't think it was worth it oh and also the white cheddar cheese they put on my hamburger was stone cold and like a brick I had to pull the brick off my burger to eat it . Only positive side the staff were very nice...
