McDonald's — Restaurant in Springfield

This McDonald's is by far the worst I've ever been too. I ordered the cardi b meal and the lady at the counter asked if I wanted it "for here or to go". I said " for here." I wait about 5 minutes for my order and to find out they bagged it for to go. Ok that's no biggie. Than I lt was time to eat my food. I took out my quarter pounder and opened it up to look at it and it had nothing on there just ketchup and onions. I took it up to the counter and showed the one of the employees and she apologized. She brought it up to her manager and she was extremely rude. " Well does he have a stick? Or is it normal"? Which she kept repeating at the older employee. The older woman came up and asked if I had a "Ticket" I gave her the receipt. The elderly woman showed my receipt to the manager which she said my burger was the wrong one so she gave me the right one out of the to go bag and placed my burger I had already touched with my hands, into someone else's bag and sold it to them. Which I find disgusting if food is brought out to a customer and it has already been touched your supposed to make a brand new one not sell that sandwich to another customer. And than my gf was still hungry so she order a cheeseburger. It took them 10 minutes to give her just a cheeseburger. The cashier asked if she got her food and my gf said she didn't. So the managers yelling that she needs one cheeseburger. This place is a joke. And than the men's bathroom I wish I took pics of that. There was urine all over the toilet and the floor that had not been cleaned up. It smelt horrible in there. I would not give this place a second chance. They're either lazy or just don't care. Either management needs a good talking or the heath department needs...

ROACHES in the restaurant!!!! Usually we do the drive thru at this location but decided to take my kids in to play. Almost every table was covered in garbage or still dirty from others eating at it. We tried to sit in the play area but they had the heater blasting on a 90 degree day!!! When we politely asked if they could turn on the AC we were simply told no and it definitely felt like a way to keep customers from staying very long in the area. We tried to tough it out but after an hour, there was just no way. In that time no one came in to clean the tables (which were filthy when we got there) and most remained covered in garbage/filth. The women’s bathroom was disgusting and looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in days. One stall had black boot marks all over the seat of the toilet! We told the employees but no one seemed concerned and they never went to clean it. We decided to move to the main lobby where it was considerably cooler to eat our food. That’s when we saw the first roach crawling from behind the counter out in to the lobby. We told employees but they did not seemed concerned. Simply scooped it up and threw it in the trash can. Within minutes we saw a second roach crawling along the wall near another group of filthy tables. When I told the employee about the second one they did not seem concerned. By that point we were out of there because the lack of response tells me this is a common occurrence. We won’t be returning and given the state of the restaurant it makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like or what it has crawling...

worst experience at a mc Donald's. ordered food in drive thu at 12:48pm and was sent to the line ahead to wait. workers came up to my window a total of 6 times over 20 min to ask what I ordered. 6 times!! finally after the last girl had come up twice I was getting irritated.. so I said don't you remember me I've been here for 20 min and you asked me what I ordered 20 min ago. she took my receipt and said she would be right back. she came back out with a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich that was placed inside the wrong marked container .. ON PURPOSE. !! she had just looked at my receipt and saw what I ordered and went inside and put something entirely different so I wouldn't notice till I opened the container!! so how do you like that!!. I place a simple order and waited literally now 24 minutes and they were upset at me? upset to fuk with my order. UNREAL!!! there is no system when they are busy they just have food runners running to vehicles without any number...
