I work as a driver for DoorDash. Today, the staff gave very horrible service. I entered the building at 10:58am. I identified myself as DoorDash and gave the order number to the young girl at the pick up counter. I did not get her name and not to sound insensitive towards her, she sounded like she had a speech impediment and learning disability. After telling her that I am DoorDash, she called over to the Expeditors that DoorDash was here. I have no idea if they heard her or not. 15 minutes later, I still am waiting for the order, so I approach the counter again and ask what's going on. I finally get the order. I didn't receive an apology for the long wait. Instead I get chastised for not identifying myself as DoorDash. I was also chastised for not having my red bag to put the order (not that it matters as far as McDonalds is concerned but that is a separate issue). I don't bring my red bag into the restaurants because more often than not, I get ignored when I do because we get looked at as anything but a customer. I may not be the customer, but I am the one picking up the food and therefore represent the customer. Treat me poorly and you treat the customer poorly.
After leaving the restaurant with the order, I called the restaurant asking to speak to a manager. I ended up on the phone with the store manager who also chastised me for not identifying myself which is a lie as I didn't identify myself upon entering the store at 10:58 am. I didnt' receive the order until 11:13am and only after asking why it was taking so long. The store manager than threatened to 86 (ban) me from the restaurant. The only person I don't blame in this entire ordeal is the young girl who I originally approached when I identified myself as DoorDash. She did her job and she was/is a very nice young lady. I blame the management staff. Even if they believe I never identified myself, They didn't once think/wonder why there is someone standing in the lobby who isn't holding a receipt, didn't approach the register to place an order, and is just standing there playing games on a cell phone. Not once did anyone ask if I was waiting on an order.
As for the other issue of the bags, What is the point of bringing in a bag designed to keep hot foods hot and cold foods cold when McDonalds staff puts hot items and cold items in the same bag and then seal the bag so I can't separate hot from cold!? A thermal bag doesn't mean anything if I can't separate hot items...

Came home and couldn't eat it due to onions plus the double was a single patty. My hubby talked to "SEAN" on the phone he said come tomorrow both orders will be fully replaced happy meals included for the INCONVENIENCE. We came back today October 19th 2021 to get them replaced, we gotten harassed saying their was no name written down they will not fulfill the order only give us the two burgers. We gave up trying to get our order completed for the inconveniences of having to come back and just got the two burgers and didn't get the happy meals we had to pay for 1 happy meal. Went home got our children inside got ready to eat and our food had onions again! We called the store no answer and I told hubby to just drive back ( mind you we live 27 minutes away ). We came back again tonight October 19 2021 same day to get it remade for the 3rd time. They TOOK both burgers from us to "check themselves" inside the store. They got mad at us for recording them they said they were minors but then started recording us with their phones and we have two babies underage as well and the employees recorded them as well. They came back told us to pull up to the second window. We only got the burgers and had to argue for them to add french fries. We never even got drinks. I wanted the general managers name that was on shift and they refused, and threatened that they were going to call the cops if we didn't leave, our children started crying, I do not want my children growing up hating McDonald's for this these employees and general manager need to take full responsibility for their actions and harassments and...
