This place is unfortunately a very sub-par Taco bell. I moved near this Taco bell 3 years ago. It was a little better back then and has steadily gotten worse since. Time before last I had ordered simply a Mexican pizza a bean burrito and a Pepsi. After having to repeat the drink order twice, when I got the order I had a Mexican pizza with warm hot lettuce on it (Mexican pizzas don't come with lettuce) a soft taco with 90% lettuce and a Mt Dew for the drink. Normally I would say that this must have been just a mistake and maybe I got somebody else's order but as I was the only person there at the time, that very obviously wasn't it. Today the order was closer but still wrong. Soft tacos instead of crunchy and the Mexican pizza I got didn't have lettuce on it but also didn't have any cheese, just sauce. Meat was dry and grainy feeling and all the tortillas were wet. This time it took 3 times for the person to get the one drink order correct but unfortunately there wasn't much syrup in the machine I guess as it tasted horrible and nothing like a Pepsi, even for a fountain Pepsi. I don't know what is going on at this store, whether it's just a lack of management or just horrible staff that don't seem to care about doing the job properly but something needs to change there. Also its very discouraging as Taco Bell has been around for a while now and how to do and make everything is pretty much standardized, so you almost have to work harder to get it wrong then to just do it right. Don't get me wrong, I still like Taco Bell and I'll continue to go but as of today I will never go back to this location, driving to Gateway or Coburg are much more worth the...

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell in my life! We waited over 15 minutes for our order and there was only seven customers in the store! When I went to go find out why our order was not ready, I realize that it had been sitting on the counter for 7 minutes because they called the wrong name on the order. Whoever put the order on the counter obviously wasn't paying attention to the computer to tell him who the order belong to. They called out the name for the person that just left , and when people told him that the name he called was the person that just left he Shrugged and said there must be two of them. Our food was cold, bland and probably unsafe to eat considering it been sitting without a heat lamp for over 5 minutes. If I get sick in the next 3 days I know exactly where I'm turning to to pay my medical bills. The manager claims they are understaffed and apologizes yet at the same time in the same breath, tells an off the clock employee in front of the entire store, that his paycheck was overpaid and he will be getting a garnishment on his next check. This is horrible business practice and customer service, horrible interactions and just outright unpleasant experience for any restaurant anywhere. I will never visit this location again. I can't even get information on who the management company is or the franchisor for this restaurant, nobody wants to give up any information. I finally found out that it is franchised by a place called Pacific bells in Vancouver Washington, I called them and was sent to a voicemail. We'll see what happens from there. Again this is the worst experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell in my...

As a former employee from this company I have a lot I could say.... but let me try and sum up my experiences here.. The owners before the ones now... We're totally and completely rude and did not care about their employees or the manager that was trying his hardest to keep that company strong. He quit, and after he did a bunch of amazing people fell off the wagon after he did. I have reasons to believe that the owner and his wife willingly sold the store after they stole a bunch of money from it and pissed off one to many genuine employees who cared for the Taco Bell corporation.. the RGM they replaced the really good one with was nothing but a rule breaking, hypocritical, lieing pill Popper who ironically enough is now working in the pharmacy at Walmart.... Some of the staff their genuinely like being there but their are many who are just there for the "easy money".. they knowingly hire thugs, twins, and rude people in general who are none the less "good actors" They treat them like gold because they are funny. If you like getting your tacos from hungry ass holes and 17 year old know it alls then this is the taco hell for you.. if not I highly recommend driving the extra blocks to go to another location. I've waited a long time to post this review.. I surely hope maybe someone tries to change that place for the better.. or a health inspector does their job more thoroughly because the health of the employees should ALWAYS come first before they say "we have a good crew", just because they ACT happy.

UPDATE: Interesting how another Jennifer Barnes is now leaving...

Usually if the drive thru is full you can go in the lobby to speed things up. Not this time, it was twice as slow. Mobile order, 4 box items, placed at 6:45 and walked into the lobby a minute after. app says order is received and being worked on. Front counter person says it hasn't gotten to their computers. 6:55 person came back to check, it was there. 7:00 the car that we would have been behind, who was themselves 4 cars away from the drive thru speaker when I placed my order, leaves... And the person says there's an order ahead of me still. 7:05 they start the order, 7:12 I finally receive my order. So they definitely don't put lobby orders in as a priority with drive thru orders. 27 minutes waiting in the lobby for 4 box orders. Car ahead of us once they ordered, about 10 minutes, give them another 5 to get to the speaker box. And a black bean item had about a teaspoon of black beans.

It's taco bell, friendly cashiers most of the time. Drive thru at this location is always a bust. Just go in its so much faster. Edit 5/9/2022 - reduced a star, reason added. Store was open with no signs posted about a lobby closure, doors unlocked.. Came in placed a order on the kiosks as normal and a associate informed me and another customer that the lobby was closed as my card was being charged .. A manager I would guess told us their mistake and we could wait inside. The associate kept walking around and loudly informing everyone that we wouldn't leave etc.. Both other customer and I was friendly and understanding but the unwelcoming attitude of the young associate was embarrassing. It was not your customers fault that the door was open and no signs are posted. Times are tough and I get that covid-19 sucks, but good customer service is free.

Ordered online then received a confirmation text. Next I received a text telling me my order was ready to be picked up. Proceeded to Taco Bell on Canton Rd. in Springfield township near Akron, Ohio and was told they never received my order. I showed the employee my order info on my phone with the right address of the Taco Bell. I was denied my order and told to call corporate. Refunded a week later, no apology, did not try and make up for their mistake in any way. This was just the latest incident of many for me at this incompetent franchise. Never again!
