Pulled up to pickup breakfast I had already ordered on the app. The line was 6 cars deep and they werenât have any move forward so the next person could order. After waiting 10 minutes with no movement I went inside. There was nobody inside. Sofia was working the desk and checked me in. Then she proceeded to STAND THERE AND DO NOTHING FOR 20 MINUTES! Laura was the old lady making the food and it was obvious she was going slow on purpose. I told them I was going to be late and they proceeded to make sure the drive thru was empty before u got my food. They were so spiteful I yelled at them when I finally got my food. Edit: Sofia was working the front and stood there and did nothing while waiting at kiosk, Laura was the old lady making the food and not only was slow and uncaring with everything she did but took as much time as possible without literally moving in slow motion to the point I knew she was being spiteful when I said I was in a rich so Iâm not late for work. I originally pulled up to the drive through but there were 6 cars all waiting ahead and after 5 minutes of no movement I pulled around and went inside to ask for pickup. The workers would not have people pull forward and had each car wait at the window for 5 minutes meaning the car in front of me waited 30 minutes just to get up to the window!! Offered no apology or solution and when I complained they started arguing with me and told me to leave. When cars at this location do pull forward they get forgotten about and often have to remake orders as Iâve experienced multiple times. The times I have tried to eat in multiple people will be ignored till one worker often takes over and does everything while everyone else watches. People wonât give their names even when wearing a name tag because they donât want to be reported for their actions later so you have to look at it yourself. I have sofias and Lauraâs bc that is what they were wearing however both told me they couldnât tell me their names before I called them off their tags. From their faces I could tell they didnât want me to know ( because they wanted to bully customers that morning and get away with it.) At the drive thru before the pit in ai and the computer would ask what you wanted you had to wait 10 minutes at the board sometimes because they wouldnât take orders, they would say thanks for coming to Wendyâs Iâll be with you in one secondâ then wait forever before taking an order, even when the line and parking lot was empty. Iâve discovered the owners name is Michael hadron and the vp of operations is Jeremy cook. Both live in this town of Springfield and I know this solely because of how much strife this place has given me, my friends, and family these past few months that I am collecting their evidence and testimonyâs so they can see the videos firsthand of how this location is so frequently treating their customers...
Read moreI arrived at this Wendyâs at 950pm and didnât receive my food until 1055pm. Rewind to when I arrived I checked out at the kiosk, I ordered a 4 piece nugget, junior fry, and a small choc frosty. It is approved and my card goes through no issue at all. (Never says declined) I also was with my friend who ordered the same exact thing. She gets her order after 5 minutes no problem. I wait a weirdly long time so eventually I go up and ask, they proceed to tell me that they do not have my order and that it must not have went through. I then proceed to show them my bank statement (that clearly shows I was charged) and they still try to deny it. I request to speak to the manager (Mariah-I beleive was her name) either way she was ignorant and not helpful what so ever. She proceeded to tell me that I will most likely get a refund and they cannot do anything about it. I would think out of the normal human decency they would just give me my food that I had been waiting for patiently for over 45 minutes. They proceed to ignore me and dismiss the fact that I was right and they were lazy. An hour goes by and another worker finally gives me my food (mind you it was a 6$ order, Iâm pretty sure the store can go without 6$). Very bad experience especially for a teenage girl who clearly means no harm. Ruined my evening. Mariah needs to have her position...

One little girl said they were doing shift change and asked that I go to the self-order system in the lobby. It took a little bit to figure out how to use it but we were at the end when I attempted to scan my rewards points and offer code ($5 off $25 purchase). The machine would not pick it up. The order total was just over $27. I walked back up to the counter and asked if there was a trick on how to get the code scanned in? The young man behind the counter said it just doesnât work very well out there if at all and pointed me back toward the machine. That is when I told my daughter we were just going to go somewhere else because they donât want to wait on us and they donât seem to care that there system doesnât work correctly. We walked out the door and went down to McDonaldâs, my grandkids were happy because they prefer McDonalds anyway, but I like Wendyâs â well not this one. We spent our $$ down the road. Just FYI â if your employees are too âbusyâ to wait on customers, they should at least make sure the self-serve...
