Let me start by saying that I was so excited when I first saw this open up, only to be let down when I actually tried it. Here's what they did good: the fries, and the ambiance. The fries are amazing. They're battered and crispy and hot. They alone brought this from a 1 star to a 2. Also the vibes in the restaurant is nice. It's cozy, there are motorcycles on display, the napkins are shop rags. There's just a lot they could work on. Let me unpack some of it. The service is ROUGH. We asked the young waitress what her favorite things on the menu were. She said she hadn't eaten anything from the restaurant... didn't suggest anything or tell us what's popular, just that she's never tried anything. Also, we had a party of 10, and the waitress didn't write any of the orders down. Which I get skeptical of, but will forgive it if everything is right. But it wasn't. She forgot to ring up one of the kids meals, and we had a 2 year old who was getting inpatient. Didn't offer to make it right or remove it from the bill either. Also I hate to say it, but the burgers were super average. I paid $18 for their "unbelievable" burger, and it was about as plain and plain could be. No special sauce (even though the description said it did), just a burger, cheese, and some sad vegetables with undercooked bacon. Oh yeah and there's no AC, just a couple of ceiling fans. Skip dining in at this place, and maybe only opt for fries to go. I hope they can make some improvements, as Springville needs cool local spots like this one.

I was pleased and my experience was positive overall. I really don't have any complaints. The restaurant is welcoming and well-themed with automotive and motorcycle decor, as well as having a solid vintage feel. The seating is comfortable with two cozy dining rooms. I found the service to be a bit rushed and uncertain when I had questions, however I believe the initial server who greeted me was in training. I sensed that because it was so empty at the time I arrived that they only had me to focus on so I kind of rushed my decision on my order, after asking for some suggestions. I opted for a Quesadilla over a burger because I can get a burger anywhere. The Artisan Quesadilla I ordered was very good, but, as far as value goes, I felt like the portion could have been bigger, or the quesadilla could have been more stuffed. The homemade tortilla chips are simply amazing, The freshness is real. The initial serving of salsa was very watery and certainly not enough for the chips served, however, when more was requested, it was provided with a smile. The refills came on time with the beverages being reasonably priced. I loved the view out of the window and found Springville itself to be a great little town. I think I was expecting a bit more overall.

Was excited to try here. Walked in and the place was basically empty, but we still waited to get seated by about 8 minutes. The girl finally showed up and got us situated. She was attentive and nice. The food came out quickly and she spilled my fries all over the table. We ate and the food was pretty good overall. Street tacos and the unbelievable burger were both great, though the portions were much smaller than I'd expect for the price. We kind of got rushed out as well, which was fine though a little intrusive. I think the place has potential overall, but maybe some service training is necessary and pricing needs to match portion sizing a little better. I'd recommend probably for a small group to try things though.

Let me begin by saying that the ONLY redeemable quality to this restaurant is the food. Assuming they have what you want. We went tonight. Out of 6 appetizers they had 3 available. We got the Omazing onion rings. (No. I didn’t mis-spell that ) Nothing to get excited about. Your standard beer battered onion rings. The food is acceptable. It most definitely didn’t live up to the name “Gastro”. On a side note. They were also out of their desserts, root beer and ice cream. Although, they were able to magically create an ice cream sandwich for another table . So it appears that it depends on who you are if you get the magical ice cream or the shaft. Now onto the “service”. I use that term in the loosest sense of the word. A young girl, probably around 10 was giving better service than our waitress. I asked if the raspberry lemonade was refillable, to which her response was yes. Now to be clear the lemonade is refillable, if you ever see the waitress come back to the table without having to flag her down. The waitress was completely disinterested and aloof. Suffice it to say the word “service” shouldn’t be used in this instance, as it the exact opposite. Finally, the atmosphere is kind of fun, however is made less enjoyable by the smoke from the grill that permeates the entire restaurant, not just the kitchen. It’s a small place so the noice level is already comparable to Texas roadhouse, who even at their quietest is ear splitting, put that noise level to that the small area… suffice it to say, it’s loud. Remember, it’s loud, so why not add loud music just to make the volume level completely unbearable. To summarize, if you’re looking for a place with an already somewhat limited menu, made even more limited by them being out of 25% of the items on it, where you can leave smelling like you worked the grill and then paid to do so, noise that makes you yell at the people at your table and really terrible “service “, then this is definitely the...

Atmosphere: ** It's a cool bike vibe with lots of pictures and accents on the walls. The music was great. Lots of awesome tunes.

Service: ** The lady was kind and nice and attentive. She was regularly checking in on us and making sure we were taken care of.

Food: ** Presentation: * The burgers we got looked great and we're presented in a double stack. One with the bottom bum with burger and the other with the toppings. The regular fries were the best part of my meal. They are served standing in a metal cage which is the best way to preserve crispness and heat.

Taste: * The sweet potato fries weren't fully cooked and soggy. Not a fan. My burger was bland and had no flavor. Relying on toppings for flavor is no way to run a burger business. Not a fan. I had to salt the burger quite a bit to give it any flavor. It was also made well done which is definitely not ideal. Ugh... The bacon on my burger was literally cold. They might have pulled it out of the fridge to put it on my burger. The regular fries were delicious. A small serving but delicious! They're what bumped the taste up from 2 to 3 stars.

Order accuracy: ** I butchered their signature burger getting it without all their special toppings and sauce. They ended up giving me toppings anyway and ruining the bun and lettuce with all the toppings they put on it. If I don't want something and I order it without that something, it means do not give it to me. #disappointed

Price: ** Food is overpriced for what you get. It's not tasty enough for me to ever want to come back.

I will not be returning there's much better burger places at this price range and...

Went for lunch. It wasn’t crowded when we got there so we got seated pretty quick. We were told right away that they were out of the shrimp, fish, and carne asada. Ordered a salad and the appetizer wings to split. The food came out fast. Our server was friendly. And that’s where the good stuff ends.

The wings were about as good as frozen bake at home wings. They were small wings. The sauce on them was good but the wings themselves were kind of disappointing.

The salad was ok. The lettuce seems like they poured it straight from the Dole lettuce mix bag that you get from the grocery store. It was supposed to have candied almonds on it but they were missing. Wanted to tell the server but he took forever to come back to the table. We had finished the wings and over half the salad by the time he returned. When we told him, he said “sorry about that, I’ll tell the cook.” And that was it.

We watched the lobby fill up with people lined out the door and eventually some left because they were taking forever to seat people.

The check came and our substandard food with a tip was just over $40.

I wanted to like this place. It looks cool and the menu looks good. But for the price and quality of what I got I’m not interested in going back. Some might say I need to try their (fill in the blank) but if you can’t make a salad and wings worth the price I don’t have much hope.

Looked at the website later and realized that the owner was seated in the dining room the whole time. He was either oblivious to what was going on or he didn’t care.

Maybe the food...
