Tried this new restaurant in Springville. I was quite surprised at the depth of the menu. Yes it’s counter service but still quite a deep menu. The staff was very kind (the women who helped us, she and her husband own the restaurant)… the owners live in Springville…I like when the owners are vested in the community and actually spend time at the restaurant. The food was very good, fresh, hot. I got the burrito that has a chili relleno in it as well as steak, beans, guacamole, etc. I would absolutely get it again. It was delicious and big enough for 2 meals. Highly recommended and will definitely be going back.

I got one a couple weeks ago at another location and both were excellent. Fresh creamy beans and two kinds of cheese. These places apparently vary a lot by location, but this one is tops. Excellent lunch, and service. Huge menu. Hopefully you can read it in my pics. A hotter hot sauce option would be a plus.

Really was excited for this but was sadly mistaken. I love the breakfast burritos and the texano the most but I keep getting burritos with almost only potatoes! I used to be a Ranchitos boy and thought it was the best ever. They suck in Midvale so I stopped eating them and I haven’t eaten them since five years ago. I just tried to burrito today and it’s one of the best breakfast burritos I’ve had in a very long time. I say this with a lot of meaning. Please Ranchitos in Springville do not change a single thing you are doing right now. The price is perfect. The burritos are incredibly good and they are hot. The sauces are not watered down.
