I usually don't feel compelled to write bad reviews because generally there are bigger problems in life, and perhaps it was a stroke of bad luck, but my experience with this establishment has been atrocious.. so I'm going to be "that guy".
The first visit, I ordered a beef and sausage combo with no peppers. I received a 10 inch beef (no sausage) with hot peppers. Bad luck maybe, whatever.
My most recent visit, I ordered a combo with cheese fries. They charged me for the cheese even though I didn't get any, and the contents of the combo were (literally) wedged in between a ONE INCH cut into the bread, and the paper it was contained in. Essentially I got a piece of bread, and then a bunch of beef/sausage/cheese that did not even come close to fitting into the bread.
I called and asked the manager for a refund for the missing cheese, because usually restaurants can void transactions on cards, right? Not this one. I have to go back and buy something else to get my refund. That was the last straw, I refuse to return on principle. I know this sounds ridiculous because it's $1.00 in missing cheese sauce and a couple of messed up orders, but I felt compelled to...

Hello, I am writing this to THANK the kind lady who drove over to my house on Friday evening the 22nd, to deliver an order of Fries that were left off of the order by the drive-up crew. In this situation, I had to pull to a curb to wait for the order, and when I received it, a receipt was attached with check marks stating all my items that I ordered were inside. After returning home, it turned out the fries were not put in the bag. I called the store to inform them of the issue and requested to deliver them if possible, since I could not step away for a second time. Normally, I would have accepted credit back to my CC but I made a promise to get the Grand Kids them. To my surprise and extreme satisfaction the fries were delivered along with some other benefits that more than made up for this simple mistake. I offered to tip long before knowing all of this, but that was rejected. Nonetheless, I am very impressed with the above and beyond customer service that remedied this small inconvenience. I did not go inside to be able to rate the Atmosphere. Thanks again...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI guess why I understand now I got a coupon in the mail for buy one get one free beef sandwiches so they can just give you 90%+ bread and less then 10% beef. Basically was just given scraps with how ripped apart the beef were ordered thru their app and selected to add mozzarella to it however my beef or the others had them so it wasn't mixed up they just simply forgot. I live like not even 5 minutes away and fries were way to cold I used to work in food service and only way those fries could of been that cold if they were just sitting there for a decent while. You go to food places and spend money to have a good experience and enjoy a good meal or also if your just in a rush and wasn't in mood to make dinner for the night. Anyway the deal wasn't even worth it paid about 8 bucks for just one sandwich to barely have beef on it. Had issues with you guys especially at this location in the past but just obviously never changed or any notice of improvements.
