Pizza Hut — Restaurant in St. Charles

I placed my order at 4:30 and it said it would arrive at 5:05, I then get a text at 5:13 the order is out for delivery ( no big deal, things happen) 5:50 rolls around and I call the store to see where our food is and I just keep getting transferred and no answer. By the time I talked to someone they tell me “well your order went out for delivery” it had been 45 minutes that our delivery had been out for delivery so I already knew the food would be cold!.. as I’m on hold to talk to the GM of the store, the delivery shows up(after being on hold for 15 minute to talk to “said GM”) and I was correct every single thing was cold and the order was incorrect at that. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. Every time I try and give the location another chance and it’s the same result!.. very rude customer service line to top it off, they just keep transferring to someone else! (Ooo never got to talk to a manager either)I don’t ever leave bad reviews but awful awful customer service and Management!! I love Pizza Hut but can’t give this location any...

I have never experienced worse service from a restaurant. 1. The order was delivered to the billing address instead of the delivery address. 2. When I called the driver to inquire about where the order was, he was incredibly rude. 3. I spent the next half hour driving to pick up the cold, wet pizza from my porch in the pouring rain constantly calling the restaurant and being disconnected by the phone service because nobody answered the phone during that half hour. 4. I tried calling the order line, and she was also no help and refused to do anything other than transfer me back to the restaurant which wasn't answering. 5. I finally got the pizza from my porch, and it was the wrong kind. 6. I have been trying to contact customer service for a MONTH now to get this order refunded, and they only respond with a generic "sorry, we value you" email. The only reason I went here is because somehow their phone number online is connected to the one in West Chicago. Regardless I figured since I live in st charles I might as well go here, though I was skeptical as I am a dasher and the place never looked appealing. First off the place looked dirty and the manager should never work in any type of food service industry. His appearance was very disgusting and you tell many health violations were being broken. The food was terrible, I cannot express how disappointed I was as Pizza hut as this used to be a family favorite. I don't write reviews usually but this location should be embarrassed. We the People spend our hard earned money to feed our families. The customer service was fine, but the quality of the food and the cleanliness of this location...
