Went into this location and found a golf club that I thought would have been good for my wife as a gift. I considered purchasing the club which appeared to be new but before I did I asked the young man at the register if I could return the club if she didn't like it. He responded and said yes, just keep the receipt and bring it back within 10 days.

I went to return the club a few days later and the store manage on duty, Ben, said they could only provide a store credit as the item was 'used'. I explained how the team there clearly wasn't trained on communicating the details of the return policy nor was the item marked 'used'. Ben would only offer me a store credit regardless of the lack of employee training. Ben suggested I needed to read the receipt more carefully and to come back to the store and speak to his manager.

Watch out making purchases here. Policy is not customer friendly and the on-duty manager Ben does not seem to understand that employee training is the issue and that expecting their employees to fully answer the question on return policy is not...

Good for used equipment. Will never get skates sharpened here again. They never asked what size cut I wanted and they were done way too fast and one blade had turned blue in a spot from excessive force and heat from the grinder. I used to sharpen lawn mower and chain saw blades so I know what grinding too hard looks like. I play on a team so I can't afford my blades getting messed up cause someone thinks it's a chore to do their job. Other than that great used equipment selection.

-update. Went to practice after writing this and my right skate had no grip on the inside because they cut the groove the same way on both skates. I could push with my left but the right I had to bend my foot and an damn near impossible angle to get enough bite to pad...

I made a deal with one of the employees for a treadmill at 12:10 PM today all I had to do was call in the payment and he sold it from under me and the amount of time I was dialing to pay in full over the phone, the same person that sold the same treadmill to somebody else.
