The atmosphere of this place was inviting, making it a pleasant spot. The restaurant was clean, with a modern and updated aesthetic that immediately caught my eye. The staff greeted us warmly, adding to the overall positive vibe of the restaurant. The menu was extensive, offering a wide variety of options, although it did appear a bit cluttered at first glance.
After a bit, we placed our order, and I was pleasantly surprised when our food arrived exactly as the staff had promised, hot and within the expected timeframe. Everything seemed to be in order; there was nothing about our experience that raised any concerns at that moment.
As we were wrapping up our meal, I couldn’t help but notice that we were the only customers in the place at around twelve-thirty in the afternoon. This made me curious about why the restaurant was so quiet, especially given the quality of our meal. Just then, two men walked in looking somewhat anxious, asking for the check from the owner. However, it quickly became apparent that the owner was not there to assist them, so they left empty-handed, which struck me as odd.
The atmosphere began to shift slightly when a delivery arrived through the back entrance, prompting some conversation among the staff that seemed a bit tense. I could feel the mood changing as the delivery guy exited. Then, suddenly, a man burst through the front door, yelling animatedly as he demanded to speak with the owner. He accused the staff of disrespecting someone, and the situation escalated. Shouts echoed back and forth, creating an uncomfortable tension in the air.
Feeling increasingly uneasy, we decided it was best to leave. With the commotion intensifying, I couldn’t shake the feeling that something wasn’t right. Although I enjoyed the food and the initial ambiance, I found myself questioning whether I would return to this place in the future, as the sudden turn of events left a lingering...
Read moreA little expensive overall, but some of the combos are not a bad price. I am hoping my experience was a one off, but the food I got was not good. The wings where pretty dry, had a lot of chicken hairs still on them (Not a big deal), and there was what I would describe as a dry rub version of the sauces I had ordered. Service and Atmosphere where totally fine. Though the manager seemed a little anxious and was pretty demanding towards the employees actually cooking the food.
Wings (Hot Buffalo Sauce, Lemon Pepper)
The actual taste was not bad, but the combination of dry wings and a lack of sauce made them very subpar wings. While the wings didn't taste bad the included blue cheese sauce side was the worst tasting I had ever tried (I think even worse than what you can get at places like Pizza Hut). I struggled to even finish the wings because of the lack of sauce. If the wings where tender and juicy I would have been ok with this amount of sauce. (If these are supposed to be some sort of dry rub the wings where still too overcooked to be enjoyed)
You can order an additional side of sauce, but its 1$ for each and its absolutely needed if the wings I got are normal here.
Side of Fries (Plain)
The fries somehow taste fresh and stale at the same time. Not bad, but also not good since they had a strange aftertaste. Like they had maybe refried fries that had been sitting out. The taste was not horrible, but you could tell they must have been using the same old oil they use for the wings. Maybe the other fries they offer are better.
20z Drink (Options: Coke, Coke Zero, Diet Coke, Sprite)
The Combo I got came with a 20z drink and I was directed to grab a bottle from the fridge. Not much to complain about they're coke products, just wish there was some more variety. Glad to see Zero sweetener options though. I saw a soda fountain in the back, and I was hoping the included drink was a cup instead of...
Read moreThere were 2 employees. One guy was LITERALLY doing everything while the other guy stood in the corner on his phone. The one guy cooking and taking orders was doing his best. Legitimately, doing his best. This is no shade to him. The food for 2 people, just sandwiches and fries, was $40 dollars!!!! 40 bucks for 2 chicken sandwiches, the fries were extra and they had no seasoning. The chicken patties were thin, like they served in grade school. The food was subpar and not good. At all. Also, because it was just the one guy actively working, it took 40 mins to get 2 sandwiches and fries. Awful experience and I will NEVER come back.
Update: I called back due to someone reaching out asking to speak to me. This person was ABSOLUTELY RUDE. I called a few mins ago. This person was asking me questions and didn't allow me to answer. He talked over me, raised his voice when I voiced my concerns and blatantly lied. When I told him that my friend and I waited for 40 mins for food, he lied and said that it was 18 mins. They have tvs in the establishment. We watched 2 full episodes of deal or no deal while we waited. Then, he proceeded to continue lying by asking what day I came in. If you "reviewed the footage" then why would you need to know what day I came in? I took the phone away from my ear at one point because he was speaking to me in an elevated tone for no reason. This was the most rudely I have been treated. I was offered wings which I refused due to how I was treated. I will NEVER return to this place. Ever. This is a new business and they are treating new customers this way just for...
