McDonald's — Restaurant in St. Charles

Every time ive been here they mess something of my order up. Tonight I stopped there because I was starving after a long day at work. Nobody in front of me in drive thru. Ordered 2 McChickens. Girl working the cash register was good, she took the order correctly. Waited over 5 minutes. Assumed I'd at least get fresh food. Finally 1 of the 4 employees who just sat around talking the entire time I waited brought me my bag. Peeked inside and saw 2 mcchickens. After I drove away I opened one to eat and low and behold it was an old stale SPICY mcchicken with a slab of lettuce core and no mayo. Nasty. Second one was also an old stale spicy mcchicken but they got the right lettuce and mayo. So they just screwed it up in every way. Is the job really that difficult? Why did I wait over 5 minutes to not only get stale food, but...

The service here is absolutely horrendous. Want to use the app? They don’t accept any of the meal deals. Want a kids meal? Don’t expect the main course, they can’t even put the 6 nuggets in the box, you have to go up and ask for them if you want them with your kids meal. Want to use the kiosk? You’re going to have to wait 15 minutes for it to work and it won’t give you a receipt. Want any sauces…even ones you ordered with your meal…you’ll have to deal with the sauce nazi…remember that receipt you didn’t get at the kiosk? Can’t prove you ordered those sauces… $0.25 per sauce!!!!

Uhhh I got a large....water? Maybe im not sure what it is. Instead of Root Beer. On my way to an appointment so I didn't have time to turn around and get it fixed. I dont go to this McDonald's often so i can't say this always happens here but mcdonalds in general messes up single drink orders so often it amazes me. Also the lady shut the window so fast I barely had a chance to say thank you she was definitely not happy to be there, but I cant say I blame her lol. But I'm very friendly to people because I also work customer service...so it irks me a bit when I dont receive that friendliness back. Oh well. Was this review too much?
