Wendy's — Restaurant in St. Charles

Ok so my name is Matt Conley, I ordered on December 23 around 11:15 ish they said it would be ready by 11:30 on the Uber Eats App.

So I was like cool nice. Had some Dominos Pizza at my works Christmas party at Taco Bell in Elburn- Wasnt feeling great probably needed some protien from probably being overloaded by carbs.

Which I ordered a Large Bacon Double Stack and 2 drinks. The Uber eats driver took an hour and almost 30 minutes to deliver. My burger was stone cold, fries were soggy.

I did not order pickles on my burger which wasnt really the end of the world but the driver picked up 2 ordere before delivering my order. The Frosty was almost melted and chicken nuggets 4 peice was cold.

In terms of presentation of food 5-5 stars. If it was delivered on time then it probably would have been tasty. So drinks were good food was not. Uber eats should give half off refunds for being late. Other than that never ordering at Wendys at night other than drinks.

Aside from the hardworking employees who stay up late Merry Christmas 5-5 Stars...

Warning, do not go to this Wendy's. I've ordered here twice and had the same health issues. My body would shut down and I was immobile. Both times I had to make an emergency stop. I only had this instance at this Wendy's. All other locations were fine. I'm not sure what they are putting in their food. It seems to me at this location and reading other reviews that their food is not properly prepared or maybe the kitchen is not hygienic. Thats probably why I got really sick and my body shut down.. This was the last time. These people who work here don't care if your missing something, waiting 20 to 30 minutes or if you get really sick. They obviously don't want service so don't give them any for sloppy work. Be wary if you go here. Honestly just go...

Only bothering to review a fast food place because of the rude cashier. I accidentally called their kids meal a happy meal and apparently that “really confused” her. She continued to berate me that I was not at McDonalds (clearly) and then tried to sell me regular meals in place of the kids meal because happy meal = regular adult meal. She finally just had a manager come take the order because she just couldn’t knock off her attitude problem about me saying Happy Meal. She was a real gem. If you wanna get aggravated spending your money on junk food for you kids, definitely go here. The manager was at least nice and kept trying to hush her, but her mouth just kept running. It was comical....
