Placed an online order for one ham sub with lettuce, onion and a bag of chips at 10:30am. Pickup time was set for 11:15am. Got there and was told it would be a few minutes waited till 11:40am asked for an update on my order and was told it would be till 1:15pm! for one sub with barely any toppings! I get they had a lot of orders and are "short staffed" but if you cant figure out how to expedite small orders along with big ones then they are in big trouble. No place in the world is that busy that it would take 3+ hours to assemble a cold cut sandwich. Just from me being there waiting for my food for 30 mins I noticed that they do not run their line efficiently at all. One guys was cutting the bread and meat while they had two lady's place toppings in one sandwich. They don't really work together well and hopefully its is just because they are newly trained. I believe I was given a refund but it did not hit my account yet. Really. My husband happens to absolutely love the rice pudding it is best rice pudding that you can get anywhere. Every single time I order a cheese steak I have more cheese than I do steak to a point that I even called up the last time I ordered it to tell him to cut back on the cheese. It's supposed to be steak with cheese not cheese with steak. If it wasn't for them putting an over abundance of cheese on it they'd get a much better reading than what they have now. I don't know if they changed whoever is cooking it or what but it is way too much cheese with very little steak. They're ham and cheese are great and so is there turkey and cheese. I'm not a sesame seed bread type of person but overall they really need to improve on their cheesesteaks because it's just way too much cheese it's like I have a big old mozzarella stick in there with a little bit of steak sticking to it. Prices are way too expensive for what you're getting and I think this is probably the last time I'm ever going to order from them...

While the food was in my opinion very good, it was much too expensive and they messed up 2 orders for me. While the staff were very friendly they seem poorly trained. I walk up to counter after just standing with 8 other people for 10mins and find out everyone else ordered already and they were waiting for next customer. Not one worker said a thing. I tell the lady I have an order for door dash and she goes to get it. The young man directly next to her then attempts to take my order, leading to a very awkward situation. After all that was over, my order was wrong. I got a 13$ cheesesteak and instead got a very small chicken Parm sub. The workers were nice tho and even let me keep the chicken Parm sub, along with my cheesteak which was actually already made.
