Taco Bell — Restaurant in St. Clair

Really wish these workers were all sober and not high to get my order right. Drive thru was not busy and I was told I had to pull back around through the drive thru to receive my 2nd mobile order. No one was at taco bell. I immediately pulled around and again not a single person entered the drive thru. Every other fast food place can take 2 mobile orders for 1 car and we ordered a minimum of 2-3 items per order so it wasn't a whole lot to make. And my 2nd order was a baja blast freeze (which has apparently been on defrost for the past 3 weeks) so to replace it i got a lemonade which was a SMALL. I paid almost $4 for a small lemonade? Actually insane you guys couldn't give me a medium or a large to even out the price i originally paid for. I went inside to ask why I got a small lemonade and was told it was indeed a medium size because I paid for a regular baja freeze. As I was leaving taco bell I was called out by a taco bell worker yelling at me saying "my friend has a crush on you" with the response of a 2nd taco bell worker screaming back "yeah I do!" I can't make this up. This is HIGHLY unprofessional. Seems like this taco bell needs better management. I wish I could rate this taco bell...

I went there and order food on 08/23/17 I went thru the drive thru and got my food and me and my friend at the food in the parking lot and after eating my food I did not feel to good so I got out of my car to go inside to use the bath room and it was 9:58 pm and they cloth inside at 10 pm so I went to the door and they had them lock and with me working there before I know we locked them at 10 pm if not you would get yelled at but I took a photo of with my phone showing the sign saying 10pm inside close not 9:58pm so I ask the person inside if I could talk to a manager and she said well the new rule is that we lock the door at 9:56 so the person inside has enough time to clean. Like I just have to use the bathroom I told her and she said well there is nothing she can do and now I'm mad because I have to use the bathroom and I don't want to stand there and argue and risk me going in my pants so I just left to go home so I could you the bathroom. Like that is wrongful...

I usually have a pretty mild experience whenever I come here. I'm never too disappointed but rarely am I ever not, at the same time, if even just a little. I ordered food and a hot Cinnabon Delights® coffee (yes, Taco Bell has coffee and it's amazing!). However, when I noticed that they had made it an iced coffee, I double checked that I actually ordered a hot one and then asked if it could be made hot. The teenaged cashier politely apologized and went to fix it. Only, he apparently just poured iced coffee into a hot [paper] coffee cup. Maybe I'm the weird one for getting coffee from a taco place that's also a chicken place that's also a taco place, but it is really good.. when it's made properly. One time I tried to order a coffee at the counter and the young cashier looked at me, all perplexed, and said "Coffee? We have that?" I guess these things are to be expected when the store is...
