My wife and I went in to purchase a galaxy note 9, after trying to charge me an extra almost forty dollars for powering on my phone and making a test call we left. I was able to get that ludicrous charge dropped once I mentioned how they donāt charge that at a corporate store and informed them Iāll take my business there if I need to. The phone wasnāt exactly what we were expecting so we returned it within the fourteen day return period. According to some new policy they could give a refund in the store so I was told to wait 7-10 business days. After the ten days were up I called the store and asked if they knew the whereabouts of my refund. They told me to call Verizon, even though I was CERTAIN Verizon corporate wouldnāt know anything about a refund issued by a retailer. I called Verizon anyhow, and they confirmed they couldnāt do anything and connected me back to the store. The manager took my name and number and said he was going to call his headquarters and get an answer for me. I had already called them as well and left a voicemail and still have yet to hear anything back now two weeks after the last message. Now that itās been three weeks I finally got an answer on my measly $60 refund. From the day he called headquarters, three weeks after my device return, he said they sent it for processing and to allow an ADDITIONAL 14-21 business days. Needless to say I wonāt be going back to this retailer or any other. I like Verizon, indirect agents not so much. A month and a half for a $60...

He was very thorough with the instructions on how to set up the home Internet obviously because he couldnāt be there to set it up, but made sure I knew what I needed to do in order to set up the Internet. A few days later, I went back and I Transferred my phone service to Verizon and again I dealt with Bolton who was very knowledgeable and set everything up quickly. The only thing that took forever was my old phone company releasing my number to Verizon. While at the store, Bolton hooked up my kids with Book bags and a water bottle and sunglasses, Which my kids were ecstatic about. A few days later, I went into inquire about an Iwatch and again I was helped by Bolton and again jumped into action with getting everything situated for me. GREAT customer service! VERY patient and VERY knowledgeable. Thank you, Bolton for making my switch over to Verizon...

I heard her explain later to another employee that she was by herself because the roads were to icy for the other employee to get in. She not only handled the customers that she was waiting on but acknowledge every customer that came in after. She was very professional. The customers kept piling up but she remained calm. She did a fantastic job of multitasking. You can tell she knew her job well. She moved swiftly and with accuracy. When an employee did come in. She remained calm. When that other employee was settled and ready, Dodie told her all what is going on an introduced her to the next customer in line waiting. Which was me.
