This is on a phone conversation I with them today. I asked for my size tires needed 4. They said they have a few types looking for the cheapest as I only drive my car in summer months, only on dry days. Said I needed to call back in 15 mins he would go check, waited 20 mins called back man answered thought he was someone else, lady answered told me they had all 4, when I asked how much it would cost in total for them to put on in store, I needed to wait because they aren't sure they have all 4(which they told me they did). I said really and the girl said I didn't have to be rude and hung up on me. I called back asked to talk with the manager, which I was told was the same person that I originally talked to but didn't check to see if four tires were there. When I called him out on this all finding out he was who I talked to from the begining the conversation Started with if it doesn't stop my going to kick in in the pocket. Nice manager that doesn't want to do his job. Hope he doesn't work on commission cuz I'll take my $500, that I was going to spend in his store somewhere else. Hope his boss sees this because he and his rude first day in the job lady should have a good talking to that you don't treat paying customers like that. My family of 6 buy new tires from Walmart NOT anymore. And anyone else that say there going there I will tell don't, word of month goes a long way. Get a better manager that doesn't lose...
Read moreThis review is based solely on the phone conversation that I just had with the Auto Care Center. I had called to see if I came into the store and bought tires if they would be able to mount them onto my vehicle today. The lady who answered the phone informed me that they would not be able to do that because they are pretty much full for the day. I thought ok that's understandable so I asked the next logical question being, Can I schedule an appointment to come in and have the tires done tomorrow to which she replied "No." I was slightly taken aback by this response and hesitated a second before asking my follow up question which was "You don't schedule vehicles by appointment?" To which again she replied "No." At least this time she offered an explanation she continued by saying that basically they take customers in on a first come first serve basis and that they open at 8am and to be sure to arrive early because they fill up for the day pretty fast. Maybe its just me but I have never encountered something so ridiculous in all my years, an Automotive Care Center that basically runs on the same premise as their Deli counter does lol..Let me know if its just me or if anyone else finds this to be a bit off putting to the whole idea of having a vehicle worked on here. Again this rating has nothing to do with the actual services performed inside of the shop itself but rather to the way that they run the...
Read moreFrom my boyfriend. He had called to make an appointment to get tires put on… get some more professional staff if you want business.
“Remind me never to try to do anything automotive at Walmart again. I just called to set up an appointment because the tires I ordered are supposed to be delivered on Wednesday. The guy answers the phone I tell him I’m wondering if I can schedule an appointment early because they’re supposed to be delivered and he goes okay let me check if they’re here. And I was like they’re not, the email I got said they would be ready by 12 on Wednesday. Then he says he’ll go check. Then when he comes back to the phone hes like we’ll I’m sorry buddy but I don’t see those tires or that name anywhere. And I thought to myself no kidding, because my order isn’t ready yet. So I explained to him again that my order said it would be ready for pickup on Wednesday I just wanted to schedule an appointment to get the tires put on. He says we’ll when did you want to do that. I told him Thursday or Friday if possible and instead of giving me available times or anything he just says we open at 9 on Thursday you can come in then. Took my name and number and then...
