Cigar Box Premium Tobacconist — Local services in St. Clair

I stopped in today to check out some of the vaping options that are available there. Well, there is this awesome gentleman named, Jonathan that took me over all of the different vapes, flavors, etc. He helped me finally choose one and he was VERY thorough with how the,SMOK, Nord Kit, works and all of the "how to's" that help the vape last longer, how to clean it, etc. .. He went over every little detail with me. I seriously told this man that he needs a raise, haha, his knowledge of ALL of the equipment there is seriously important and he impressed the heck out of me. The Cigar Box is an amazing place not only to buy tobacco,(as I've been a regular customer for about 5 years now) and vapes, but the staff (especially, Jonathan) actually care about their customers and I had an overall AWESOME experience today (as usual). Jonathan wouldn't let me leave the store without helping me set up my new vape and making sure that it worked properly and that it was something that I would truly be satisfied with. Thanks for all of your help today, Jonathan! You are freaking awesome!.......

On behalf of the Lord Jesus Christ and that great Holy Spirit of promise we would just like to say thank you through Tyson foods Incorporated for a great experience and your cigar shop. I was amazed at the staff had knew so much about the cigar industry and all the things that the farmers do to make the cigars that's a lot of knowledge. And to the young lady that manages the Lord Jesus Christ loves you so much and he's there for you anytime you need him. It's amazing thing that I found out in life and it took me 40 years to find it out, that there's no love like that of Christ. I also wanted to add to this review and be thankful for the men and women that work in here they are so polite and courteous and they know their business. I also want to let you know that as I travel the United States with Tyson foods Incorporated there's no other cigar shop like yours. They do not even have the selection you have and most of them don't even know what God of fire is. You...

I never before had a bad experience in this store. Staff has always bin friendly and helpful I bin coming here for about 5 years between st.Clare and coal township. Today at this location I experienced the worst costumer service!!!! I only come ones every few months because we drive a hour to get here so I stock up.Every time I said what I wanted she grabbed it and walked away when I said I need more she just gave a look and did it again walked away right after I said what else I needed then again I need more!!! The whole attitude I got today was something else. I’m sorry you didn’t like me!!I just come to the store to get what I need not to bug you at your job I also wanted a new vape but didn’t even want to ask for info on a new one!!!!
