Chuck E. Cheese — Restaurant in St. Cloud

This establishment is full of the most unfriendly employees we have ever encountered. NOBODY said hello to us as we arrived, the clerk never said a word to us as we ordered and paid for our (overpriced) food, nor as our child picked out her prizes before departing. Purely mechanical exchanges, we would have felt better working with robots/computer screens. Adding to our wonderful experience, the Manager took away my water glass immediately after I sat down because I accidentally put a tablespoon of Brisk tea into it. I initially misread how to use the water lever on the soda machine and TOLD him of my mistake but that didn't matter as whisked it away to the trash. Considering his rudeness and aggressiveness, I answered back in-kind. His only response was that I needed to leave. Ah yeah, sure ... we just got done dropping $60+ for $5 worth of food and the right to play games innudated by other unattended and ill-mannered children. Sure, we'll just donate our hard-earned money to you and your wonderful "team" that can't even acknowledge our presence. What a joke. We have been too busy with work to have our sons traditional birthday at home, and this was also our first experience hosting a gathering for children other than our families. We chose Chuck E. Cheese to remove a lot of the stress and preparation time and were absolutely not disappointed.

I wish I could give the staff 10 stars. They walked us through everything and anticipated our needs. Everything went incredibly smoothly thanks to the amazing staff that helped us through our day.

All the children and adults had a ton of fun. Everything seemed very clean. We had I believe 11 or 12 children, including our son, and got a couple of large pizzas for the adults, plus a cake which they provided candles for. Our total cost was about $400.

I felt that with the time saved, food provided, and 2 hours of game time for the kids that adults were allowed to join in on. Versus, the cost and time to have the party at home and decorate or another venue was well worth it.

I really love this place. And this franchise. I grew up always loving ChuckyCheese as a child. It was the only really fun memories I have with my single parent mom growing up. This was our special time together. Fast forward 15 years and when I started a family I began bringing my girl at 1 year old. Then my boy... I have a new 1 year old now I cant wait to bring as well... ChuckyCheese food is REALLY good too. They are as good as any pizza place in town. Great for take out! During the whole 2020 covid-19 event, they offered great deals for carryout and takehome party packs. We celebrated my sons 6th birthday this way! He had a blast and the staff made it extra special by getting their dip-n-dots icecream packaged up with ice and tinfoil so we could bring it to-go to him. It transported GREAT!
