First time here since the remodel and it looks so bright and welcoming, the improvement is amazing!!! I also watched to recognize the young lady at the front country, Princess... They were SUPER BUSY at the time, but yet she kept a smile and a joyful attitude the whole time, EVEN AFTER a couple came in there being rude and YELLING at the staff because their order was taking so long.... But, like I said, they were super busy--- people need to be more understanding and realize they're not the ONLY ONES on this planet and the world doesn't revolve around only them!!! SMH... She stayed smiling and kept her kindness... And I was very appreciative of her!!! Anytime I needed anything, she handed it over with no problems!! The ONLY issue was, we ordered dessert and other items to bring home, and the cheesecakes weren't in the bag (I should've checked but they were closing soon and didn't want to be one of those people....) but, it was handles kindly and professionally when I got home and called, after realizing they were missing ... Zameeka was very sweet, and handles it with much professionalism--no accusations, no attitude, nothing... She just asked if I still had my receipt and told me to come by tomorrow to pick them up!!! Thank you Princess, Zameeka and all the other staff that was working very hard tonight!!! I see y'all, and y'all are appreciated!!!! We, as service industry workers, are not told about the things we do right enough-- which is the MAJORITY of the time!!! We ONLY hear the bad, when someone messes up or is ride and nasty.... Y'all need to hear THANK YOU FOR WORKING HARD AND PROVIDING THIS MEAL FOR MY FAMILY AND MYSELF much...
Read moreOrdered the 2-piece fish meal with the baked potato and the broccoli. The sign on the counter sign said $ 6.49 but when I got the receipt I noticed that I had been charged $6.99. I went back to the counter and mentioned this to the woman who had taken my order. She punched in the same meal price again and yes it rang upy as $6.99. I pointed out my receipt and asked her what she could do. I simply asked if I could get a refund on the discrepancy. She had to get the manager's attention and explain what the situation was. The manager grabbed the receipt and immediately tried to point out that I had purchased a baked potato believing that was what the issue was about not bothering to7 listen what her employee was trying to point out about. I mentioned that I knew I had bought the 2 piece meal Along with the baked potato. I simply told her that the issue I had was with the price difference of the meal as advertised and the price I had paid. I made a suggestion that maybe she ought to take the sign down. Her voice got extremely louder and said to me "Don't try to get smart with me" and immediately swiped the sign off the counter (right in front of other customers watching as it was happenning). I stopped talking and just waited for her to finish her agitated spiel and waited for her to print up a new receipt indicating my refund sent to my card account that I had originally used. My point is that I found myself wondering how many other customers had been buying that same meal for who knows how long without realizing that they were overpaying for their food based on that...
Read moreI visited this establishment on 2/27/20. The overall appearance of the restaurant was horrible. Upon placing my order to go and given a cup to serve myself my drink; I literally slid across the floor to the drink fountain. It was as if I was on an ice skating rink. The drink area was deplorable. I noticed that the tops on the tea containers were not secured. Upon receiving my food which were not even lukewarm I was disappointed. Nothing I had ordered was remotely hot. So I took a few sips of my tea and nothing at the time seemed off; however reaching my destination which was 10 minutes away I sat and began eating continually drinking the tea. After about 3 sips something was clogged in the straw. I took the straw out and blew whatever foreign object it was out in my sink. I could not determine by eyesight what it was but it DID NOT melt. I looked in the cup and particles of whatever it was were floating in the tea. I could tell that there were sediment at the bottom of the cup and I became furious. I immediately called the Area Director which was listed on the receipt. I called the Corporate Office today 3/3/20 because after several attempts to reach out to the Corporate Director I've yet to receive a return call back. I was told my complaint would be forwarded to the Corporate Office which I thought I was calling. So I'll see if I'll receive a call back from them. If anyone wishes to visit this particular location I would not recommend...
