This experience has made my angry to the point of tears. I may be a little hyper emotional because I’m hungry, but my experience was terrible. First the app kept coming up with an unknown error every time I tried to order. I called the location down the street, and they told us they are not taking orders and the wait will be 3 or 4 hours. Then I chose this locations because it was the second closest to me and only 2 miles away. The gentleman answered, asked for my address and zip code, then took my order and told me it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. After I did not see anything at my door (checking several times) after 35 minutes I tried to contact the store. I was on hold for 15 minutes, so I hung up and called again. I stayed on hold for 38 minutes, then called from my boyfriend’s phone as well and stayed on hold for more than 20 minutes. I hung up his phone and called back again and finally it was answered by a worker after being on hold shortly. The first person who answered my call put me back on hold to check on my order. Then someone answered my call after being on hold as if answering for the first time. I explained the situation again. This is when they told me that my order was cancelled because it is out of their delivery range, and the driver was supposed to call to tell me. I asked why this was and told them I never received a call, so they put my hold again and again another employee answered as if for the first time. with my level of irritation I have to say that the workers were at least not rude , which is the only reason they get any...

OK..I fat like she was just rushing me off the phone And not listening to a word I said which was confirmed when I received my order bc I ordered A philly cheese steak Sandwich MINUS mushroom, onion, and green peppers bc Im allergic But that obviously was none of their concern bc my Sandwhich was Mega Loaded with all of the Above. Plus charged me for the garlic Sauces that I did not receive, and then when I tried Several times to call Back to make my complaint with A Manager.. they just ignored my call. I figured They were intentionally not answering bc they knew my # and knew why I was calling But refused to resolve the Issue or even speak with me, But then I even tried calling from A different #, But still no Answer. Im Assuming since they close@10 pm Sun-Thurs That theyre just taking it upon themselves to stop taking calls/orders @ 9:00 pm which im sure has probably been costing the company A Huge amount of money . I Myself have spent a large lump sum of $ with this particular Dominos And this is the 1st time ive ever had A Real issue, But the issue is big enough to me that if they dont make this right, or reimburse my $, I will NEVER order from them again. Read moreAbsolutely awful. Delivery took two hours. They made primevera instead of carbonara x3. Then I sat on hold for 30 minutes trying to get it rectified. They never answered. I eventually wound up driving up there. I was able to get my pasta corrected, but I paid for delivery, tipped and then had to use my gas to get there and back. If I wanted to pick it up, I wouldn't have selected delivery and paid extra to do so. I was offered nothing else for compensation. Contacting a manager has proved difficult as they don't answer their phones. I had to contact another store to get the corporate number which was also useless, directing me to a website. I filled out their form and am waiting to be contacted. It's been two days. I spend (spent) alot of money at Domino's but they've likely lost a customer forever after this.
Edit: After this review they offered me a whole $5 credit, to be redeemed by phone at the store THAT I CAN'T CONTACT. Needless to say $5 doesn't cover the delivery charge, let alone the tip I paid the driver. It also didn't cover my gas that I spent going to and from the store. And that doesn't even touch on the fact that I waited TWO HOURS for my food.
I'm done with Domino's, especially the Chippewa store. Avoid at ALL COSTS.
Oh and their employees also weren't wearing gloves when they prepped...
